I don't know why Amelia Lopez doesn't get more crap, she's probably as pro MLS as any of the Liga MX press.
@ least this guy called her out 1204576846697959425 is not a valid tweet id granted he is no one in the media yet neither is she, broad has less than 2,500 followers
A LARGE group of Mexican fans and journos low key want Mexicans in mls so they can see them live I don’t understand that at all, especially since Mexico plays in the US so frequently
sitting around thinking about how 21-year-old Christian Pulisic has been a mainstay in a generally revelatory Chelsea side and has looked like a potential world beater while doing so, wbu?— Across the Pond (@acrossthepond) December 12, 2019
It's incredible how this guy consistently has terrible takes. RE: Alan Pulido to SKCThe big story so far has been about how much SKC paid, and rightfully so, but there's another side..The 28-year-old Mexican international Liga MX golden boot winner just left one of the most popular clubs in Mexico to join the 20th largest market in MLS.— MLS Buzz (@MLS_Buzz) December 11, 2019 This isn't a slant towards Liga MX, but just another example of how outside players/managers/agents have completely changed the way they view MLS. It used to be career suicide to join an MLS club. Not anymore.— MLS Buzz (@MLS_Buzz) December 11, 2019 MLS is changing, MLS is becoming an appealing league, MLS is not a retirement league anymore. MLS is becoming the stepping stone to Europe. MLS is growing at a rapid pace and I love what it is and will be. Those players who belittle the league should not be welcome.— HL 🍥 (@t3t0r_atlutd) December 12, 2019
These are the type of reactions you get with 2 months of good form lol. Y'all think Pulisic can become a legit contender for the Ballon d'Or in the near future? #USMNT— USMNT Fan (@USMNTFanatic) December 5, 2019 Call me mad, but if Pulisic keeps progressing as a player and develops into a world class player. I see Barcelona buying Pulisic for $200 million (Dest being his future teammate 🤞) after 2024. Fight me.— USMNT Fan (@USMNTFanatic) December 11, 2019 Y'all think Pulisic can get into any national team with his current form? Like the Germany, France, Argentina, Brazil, etc? That by some miracle he landed with the US.— USMNT Fan (@USMNTFanatic) November 30, 2019
Nah he's from reddit, though he's posted here before during the CCL when Chivas won. I only know that because he posted about getting banned from here right after in one of the post-match threads in r/mls lol.

Summer of 2014. 2014 FIFA World Cup. I wasn't a US fan at the time, only loved the sport for 3 years during that period. I knew what a World Cup was at that point, it was the first World Cup I actually really experienced. I was a...— USMNT Fan (@USMNTFanatic) December 7, 2019
I’m at the gym and there’s an American guy wearing a Mexico jersey. If you’re an American who’s a soccer fan and you’re wearing a Mexico jersey you aren’t actually a soccer fan. Don’t @ me. #fyi #USMNT— USMNT Updates (@USMNT_U) December 15, 2019

Yet the likes of Tijuana & Pachuca managed to smack his league's teams around & don't even get me started on Guadalajara and America's Cuauh + Cabanas eras lol not really, it’s club world cup, it always happens in the first game. Liga MX might have money, but they’re shit. At least 3 or 4 south american leagues are better— felipe (@firminessi) December 18, 2019 colombian teams and maybe even other(just because experience and greatness, things that MX teams lack) teams from other leagues would beat them here.— felipe (@firminessi) December 18, 2019 que culo roto sos mexicano, tu liga es una pija— felipe (@firminessi) December 18, 2019
Why should he show respect for a coach trying to get his player sent off. I love how Kloppo and LFC trigger other teams fans so easily 😂 #klopp #CWC19 #lfc— B 🏴🇺🇸 (@theklopposphere) December 18, 2019 Idk maybe because he’s supposed to be coaching “the best team in the world” yet riled by a coach who is in a league he said he “knew nothing about”
RE: Liga MX vs MLS If you at first fail, keep on trying 30+ times? I haven't even counted the recently created "make it up as you go" cup(s) such as the Campeon de Campeones etc... CONCACAF Champions cup and CONCACAF Champions League: Mexico - 34 Costa Rica - 6 USA - 2
The MLS is hard to be taken serious because there is no self reflection and instead self-hype themselves as a serious top 5-10 football league in the world. No one in the football world takes that serious. Hasn't anyone continuously heard footballers in their retirement phase playing in the MLS say "Una Liga que esta creciendo" . "A growing league" which is a diplomatic way of saying "wey, te falta mucho..." Do we need to be reminded of the last Concacaf Champions League edition? Monterrey vs Sporting Kansas City (10-2); the MLS' great hope in Semi-Finals, Santos Laguna vs NY Red Bulls (6-2) and Monterrey vs Atlanta United (3-1)? Liga MX vs MLS only benefits MLS and the the brass ($).
Mixing sport a bit but same energy ... Don’t tell this guy what happened to Nick Carrera after switching from to the USA From Mexico 1206041899817209856 is not a valid tweet id
