How is this any different from pretty much any UN resolution that involves Israel? Usually it gets 4 votes: The US, Israel, The Marshall Islands or some other US Puppet State, and some other irrelevant flyspeck island in the Pacific. You would think that whatever the resolution would be, if it was reasonable, countries like Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Australia, Norway, etc. would also support it. The fact that no other "sane" country supports a resolution, that should tell you all you need to know...

 

The last part is what is doing it IMO, now Germany in the other hand is not worried they have no plans on meeting the agreement anytime soon.

The countries that are most worried are the ones close to Russia.

I don't think they trust the EU countries on defending them.
