https://www.cuatro.com/deportes/fut...valdebebas-jugadores-coches_2_2715330123.html Watch this and tell me these people are "normal".
Because of what? Performance and commitment to the club has always been the top priority to fans since forever. People don't care if your life is in shambles or if you're a horrible person as long as the goals are coming in. Basically the same with every sport, but it's a lot more pronounced in football. Hoeneß came back from jail and got a standing ovation from the entire Allianz Arena.
Pretty sure this is exactly what you were whining about this summer. You are a flag in the wind, always twisting, turning, and spinning just to stir the pot. Face it, the dude is as unprofessional as they come, and his and his agent’s opinion of him don’t match reality. He is a caricature at this point.
Zidane said he isn't part of our plans and then retracted the statement with "my Spanish is not good enough" just a day or two later. We haven't had a firm stance in this case since forever. The fact that Wales fans used Pedja's rant to celebrate a victory should highlight how bad the club has handled it. At worst, the player and the entire country is making fun of Real Madrid while he's one of the best paid athletes in Europe. Top job from the club.
People printed flags "Wales. Golf. Madrid - Exactly in that order" and were holding them at the Wales match. What Pedja meant as an insult to Bale, Welsh fans took and used as a Wales>Real Madrid chant. Pretty much says it all.
But that is just banter and we have 0 reason to be angry at Wales fans, they are just having fun. But Bale on the other hand...
You're really full of shit here. Not only is Pedja in no way associated with the club, but the fact that the dude faked an injury, the club not only continued to protect him but they also chose not to reveal that the only injury he has is being butt hurt that he was excluded from a squad for the purposes of protecting him from the injuries that he is now faking. But yes, the club is looking bad here.
This is all really. Like anyone in the world outside of Wales even cares. It be like us making a big fuss about Benzema joining Algeria - for what, because they lose so well.
Wales fans are pretty upset with the club on social media, they think the club is obligated to let Bale leave for free and that the club fans are extremely ungrateful. They say Bale won us CL and CdR and we've been paid back many times over what we paid for the player and we treat him horribly. Injuries are beyond Bale's control and we've treated Bale awfully. Personally I'd like to see Wales buy the player and struggle with negotiating a reduction in his wages to make it work. Edit: And btw Bale's not a slave, it's immoral to make him stay
Bale has lost all ambition, a disgrace of a professional to be honest. Grave mistake from the club to extend him (we all knew that of course), but he should at least have some self-respect. He clearly doesn't. No way I'm going to make an effort 'understanding' his behaviour. Get him out as soon as (commercially) possible. Enough is enough..
For me it's pretty straight forward, the club doubled down and renewed him inspite of the injuries. Objectively we've been more than fair with him.
He scored two great goals after his extention, effectively, Florentino must have thought great decision right after the Liverpool final. Its after that where the entire thing collapsed. We'll probably hear multiple versions of this but I personally think there was definitely a window where he was movable but he wouldn't leave. The moment where Mourinho said "if he plays he stays" and approached him and told him "I want you but you're not doing anything" was obvious. I would assume ManUtd would have even improved his current contract back then so I don't think money is all that matters.
WALES, GOLF, MADRID...in that order!! #WALHUN #TogetherStronger #Bale pic.twitter.com/GRJ5cps1Dp— Red Welsh FC (@RedWelshFC) November 19, 2019 Someone tell me this isn’t real. If real, send this POS to Castilla
Who cares? It will hurt more when he’s on the bench and a 18 year old is showing him how to play good football.
The way it turned out is so symbolic for Pedja's era. When we played Liverpool Boluda said it would be a chorreo, (we'd splash goals on them) and after the team was absolutely destroyed at Anfield, whenever we played on the road the fans would chant "eo eo eo esto es Un chorreo". The entire Calderon/Pedja era was full of moments where our words were twisted around for other teams to make fun of us. Unforgettable is Calderon's "Ronaldo is not a slave" comment that people used to make fun of Cristiano and us after he said it. The reason the club doesn't talk a lot now is because Calderon and Pedja's mouth cost us money and our reputation. He comes back for one interview and hands Wales their first slogan.
Mijatovic did some shady things during Calderon era. They stole money from the club in the name of agent commissions. Then had to rig assembly so that their fake accounts will be passed. They let Atletico fans vote in assembly and got caught red handed. Maybe he joined his buddy Calderon in making comments to target current President in hopes of coming back.
