What quality players???. The current market is non existant for chivas. The only is pizarro which I doubt he'll return.

Ricardo Peláez met with Verara Jr. this week Could potentially take over as Director Deportivo. If it does happen, I hope they let the man work. He did well with Wilas and Cruz Azul
The team is getting some last minute steam, if the when against Veracruz the team would need for Monterrey, Pachuca, Tijuana, and pumas to tie or lose to sneak into the liguilla. Had Chivas won against Pumas they would have been in full control at this point. Overall Tena has done a great job picking up the team.
This is gonna sound controversial, but imo Chivas' scant successes during the Vergara era were in spite of Vergara, not because of him. So the sudden love and homages are actually miffing me a little, not to mention about what I believe about him about his work not related to football.
I have a love hate feel for him. But no one wish I'll on someone. He was ambitious and his own worst enemy. May he rest in peace
Drunk banter time Glad Chivas closed out the season with a win dedicated to Vergara (QEPD) and happy to see Pulido be the season’s top goal scorer Sucks we couldn’t get into the liguilla but the chances were super slim so I wasn’t really counting on it happening. Gotta say, Tena has this team playing sharp. Don’t know what’s gonna happen once the season officially ends for us because we do still have the Copa Just hope they let Peláez do his job and hopefully he makes the proper moves to steer us in the right direction Good night my fellow Chiva hermanos
Tena is staying This is a good move I think. Tena has had the team playing well since coming in. Gonna be interesting to see how he and Peláez build the team going into next season
