Man that $25 for any section sounds appealing actually. Can get metra weekend pass like $10 so no need to drive and get stuck in lot for an hour. Though how many people selling on StubHub for $25 day of because they just want to break even?
Nothing good can come of me giving my personal opinion on that topic, so I'm going to stay out of it.
I'm having second thoughts Hi JuiceCrewAllStar – Thank you for your support of the Club. To my knowledge Pauno will be back next season. Best, Ticket rep
I'd like to point out that this is simply untrue. By the way, I wish it was true. There are many permit parking areas adjacent to schools. I live on a street with a school. Although our street is not permit parking (I have been fighting against making my street permit parking for 20 years, including refusing to sign a petition last month to make it permit), the next street, W. Nelson St. (the school is between the two streets), is permit parking. The very first permit parking street in Chicago (Permit No. 1) is on the 5500 block of N. Bernard. It was made permit parking specifically because of a school (in this case, Northeastern Illinois University). One of my best friends lives on that block and is very proud of the fact that they are No. 1 and that NEIU students cannot park there. As for libraries, most parking adjacent to libraries are pay areas (since they are major streets). See Harold Washington and Chinatown Branch, both of those you cannot park in front of the library, but there are pay stations adjacent. West Town Branch, Daley, and Bucktown branches are all pay parking.
For the purposes of the Fire, the lesson is "don't even try to park on the street in the South Loop unless you know someone who can get you a resident permit" and that includes unzoned and meter spaces.
According to Google maps (I just took a tour of where my new seats should be and headed around the stadium). Bike racks on the north side of the stadium (on McFetridge) and the east. Divvy across the street (at the Field Museum)
Wasn't planning on getting season tickets again next year (new baby, etc.), but the price is too good. Just left a message for my rep to call me tomorrow.
Spothero can get you walking distance away for half that. At least it could for my super frugal sister at Copa a couple years ago.
I scored my seats. Club seats, first row, first 2 seats. I could not be more pumped. I have had a pretty crappy day, so this makes up for it. Of course, this f*cking guarantees that I will score a job out of town sooner rather than later.
I didn't put my deposit down until the 12th and my seat selection is Wednesday at 3PM. I wonder how many people they have per timeslot and if that's an indication how many people have done so. The good news is 3PM Wednesday is perfect time since I don't have a clinic that afternoon. /debating between the club seats and being super close to the field, depending on what's available. Mostly leaning toward club since why the hell not?
Yeah, we're planning on upgrading to an additional member of the family starting next year so I might as well get a ticket package while I still can.
When I got my call tonight, at first he said section 209, row 2 on the aisle...which made it a 50/50 chance of them being my same seats from the last stay at NSF.....but then he corrected himself to Row 4. I could have been a few rows closer, but I am addicted to sitting on the aisle.
Crap! I didn't think I would need to act quick for next season, but I don't think I can pass this up, especially with the 50% discount for kids. I guess I will get Club Seats then.
Yes, I said I would take a different section for an aisle seat. Rare that one gets exactly what one wants. I thought about getting my exact same seats I had previously, but decided to upgrade for 2020.
I put my deposit down last night (rep called me back quickly). Still haven't heard my time. Did they email you?
