Its not Var, its the EPL refs trying to do there own thing instead of doing what the rest of the world does.
nothing much was ever going to change with VAR. the refs are still subpar and nothing can change that
https://www.skysports.com/football/...ugh-and-yeovil-abandoned-after-alleged-racism Haringey players walked off the pitch after their keeper was verbally abused and spat at by 'fans'. Over to you now, English FA: this might be lower leagues, but time to see if you can back up all the talk from earlier in the week around England's games vs the Czech Rep and especially the fiasco that was the Bulgaria game, with tangible action.
@benni... that stay has been around a while I thought? Taa is Liverpool’s playmaker in that sense. Their midfield is not creative at all but I thought firminho would be on there siprised about pepe. The issue I have had is we aren’t playing it ahead of him from a cm very often the rb will go to him and he comes back so I guess that influences the touches in attacks? Rather than facilitate de Bruyne is killing it. Mad to think city barely had him last year and still won the league with a massive points total from Liverpool
Understand that Yeovil team and manager walked off in support of them too. More of this 👏🏾👏🏾 https://t.co/GAjJWibaRf— Raheem Sterling (@sterling7) October 19, 2019
Inter definitely look for real this season as viable challengers to Juve in Serie A. Currently dominating Sassuolo away. Lautaro Martinez just made it 1-4 from the spot. Lukaku has a brace as well: as expected, Conte's system is tailor made for him and he looks a completely different player. Both he and Lautaro are unplayable together. Inter have retreated after going 4-1 up and completely let Sassuolo have the initiative, probably they could hold them off. Sassuolo took full advantage and the score is now 3-4, with 10mins left in this one. Credit for Sassuolo though for not giving up and keep going: they've given themselves a real chance at getting something out of this, when all seemed lost. FT: 3-4, Sassuolo pushed but came up in their bid for a comeback. Big victory for Inter, who keep up the pace with Juve and are just one point behind them.
The story looks to be gathering momentum (and it needs to tbh). https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...andoned-racism-allegations-police-investigate The police are looking into this, which is good but as stated previously, the FA really need to take action as well. Otherwise everything they said in the past week will ring extremely hollow, once again.
where was that energy with Silva. i get that it's your teammate and you don't want to disrupt whatever club harmony or anger the club but if we're serious about this well...
Nothing beats Suarez taking part in Alves anti-racism campaign right after being banned for racially abusing Evra.
Did City a solid twice today. Stopped Pool from matching their consecutive wins record, but more importantly to them I suppose, Pool's lead is down to 6. They can thank us later.

this was always coming. Aubameyang had been papering over quite a lot of cracks. even against us where most of the mindless masses think we're finished and have a manager with no plan it was a gift that saved a point
https://www.skysports.com/football/...e-and-virgil-van-dijk-on-ballon-dor-shortlist Could this be the year that Messi and CRon release their vice like grip on the award?
https://www.skysports.com/football/...suarez-t-shirts-after-patrice-evra-racism-row Fair play to Carragher and stepping up to Evra and apologize to him the way he did, even after all this time. No one is perfect and we can imagine why some players followed suit with that idiotic move but it does take a man to admit publicly he was in the wrong for it.
Good times..... 8. Burnley 9. Sheffield United 10. AFC Bournemouth 13. Wolverhampton Wolves 14. Manchester United
