Well, since all that's needed to kill the deal is for two commissioners to vote no, and this bill is being proposed by two commissioners, the assumption has to be, pending further developments, that the Miami stadium deal is dead. Does anyone want to bet against the Miami Beckhams playing in the new Lockhart site field for at least a decade?
