Keizer was awful. After that 5-0 he was sentenced to leave. But why did he get fired the day after the transfer window closed? So who decided on the signings? Isn't the coach the one that says what kind of player he needs and which position? I'm just frustrated that it seems this club is being run by amateurs and its looking like the season is already over.
Add to that the fact Next league game is against the current league leaders lol. I also liked Bolasie.
That is also true. I still feel we got robbed in 2016. I can't even count the number of times Benfica scored goals past the 90th min with pks and other BS.
Portugal has different checks and balances to ensure Benfica gets their 3 points no matter how terribly they play. Their corruption in Portugal is like nothing anyone has ever seen.
You see Porto yeaterday? they talk about its Benfica's fault for everything but they're not far behind. Look at how many fouls Bruno was a victim of, most by the same player. 1173624330443526145 is not a valid tweet id Anyways, we'll see if the team gels or if this is gonna be a disaster of a season. We have 7 games in 21 days and if we don't get our act together soon, Varandas (whose already not that popular) might be looking for a way out soon... PSV away on Thursday and then league leading Famalicao with no Bruno.
I don't particularly agree, but there's a lot of negativity because of the way the transfer window was handled.
Hilarious. We got people in here who don't even watch the games and don't understand the reality behind Portuguese soccer. Blows my mind.
I think he was doomed from the start tbh. If he sold BF for less than 75 people would have exploded. Hell, there were a couple people here who think he's worth more than Joao Felix lol. No one offered much for BF and he didn't sell. Considering the money he got for some pretty terrible players, plus getting rid of a lot of deadweight, I think he did relatively well in the market. With half the starters being on loan, with unrealistic salaries, and Pontes as the manager, this is a year zero. Again. I don't think restarting again and again and again is the solution. Varandas has barely had time to do anything. What he's done has been relatively positive. I really think he deserves some time to try and make some changes. Hopefully he's working hard on selling BF, finding proper, long term replacements, and finding a real manager.
Obviously cry, complain, bitch, cry again. And then cry. And then talk about benfica. And then cry. And then talk about the refs. And then cry. And then get angry because people aren't crying with you. And then cry and talk about benfica. And then cry and talk about the refs. And then attack everyone in site because they don't see crying as a productive pastime. And then cry about the refs again for good measure. And then cry. I don't know whats wrong with you kid, I shouldn't have to keep repeating myself. I don't give a ******** about what happens outside of sporting. I understand there are biases. I have never denied it. I can't change it and it doesn't interest me. Stop trying to make everyone as miserable as you.
You don't watch Sporting games. But you like to comment on them, bitch about the team, offer no solutions, then bitch about the solutions other people offer. So my question remains: what is your ********ing solution to Sportings problems?
I watch every single game. I'm not the president. It's not my job to come up with a solution. Do you think you constantly complaining about benfica and the refs is a solution? You complain more than anyone. Every single one of your posts is a complaint. Every single one. The irony of you seemingly needing to call me out when I complain is hilarious. See a doctor.
It's definitely not the solution but at least I'm not ind enial about the problem. You seem to deviate away from it and criticize others in this sub forum without providing a solution.
Like I've said many many times already, I understand theres a bias. External problems arent interesting to me. They never will be. Internal problems are, I choose to focus on those because they are controllable. Again, the irony is hilarious. You're the only one I've criticized. Do you not see what you post? All of them are either ad hominem attacks or complaining about me, the refs, or benfica.
Extremely tough game today against the breakout team of the season so far, Famalicao. We're already in must win situations early in season if were going to a least compete for 2nd or whatever. No Bruno today and apparently Miguel Luis is starting again which is a head scratcher after his atrocious game on Thursday. Hopefully he proves me wrong.
Not nearly as excited for this game without Bruno, especially having to stay up for 9pm kick off. Bought tickets today for the LASK europa league match though to make things better.
