Sounds like a tale of two halves as it's shaping out to look that way, Shit got the first half (in which they should not have gotten) thanks to defensive blunders by both Luiz (0-1) and by Xhaka (on the PK which made it 0-2), but it seems like the momentum has shifted. Perhaps now that the match is in reach can I sense a comeback in the second half??? What do you guys think? How about Pepe? Doesn't he (so far) look like what we were expecting when we paid $80M+ for him? I think so, once he gets his feet wet here in the PL, he is gonna be something else IMO.

FT: 2-2 Second half was a joy to watch as so many of the Gunners were truly running, winning 50/50 balls, making incisive passes... You could see they wanted it and that was appealing. If they play like that more often than not they'll be a fair shot for Top 4.
People are being way to harsh on Pepe. He’s started 2 games against the European finalists when not having a full offseason with his current team and the FB behind him is played out of position. Despite Xhaka’s best effort, we were able to gain a point back. We were the better team offensively but also the worse team defensively. Douzi is improving. All those matches he wasn’t quite ready for are reaping their rewards. Thank goodness. How Miki gets in over Özil only Emery knows. Auba is wasted on the wing, but Laca is also very good centrally.
