    Started and played 72 minutes in the league tonight:

    The result was 1-1 when he was subbed out, but his team conceded twice afterwards to make Genk lose their first game of the season and the league 3-1 away against KV Mechelen.

    It seems Ito is being rested after his international duty in Asia to be ready for the midweek Champions League clash agains Salzburg.

    Morioka is starting for the home team.

    Ito had a nice assist of a goal scored by Samatta, but the goal was unfairly disallowed by the referee.

    He had a very good first half, slowly maturing into the game, have 4-5 runs past Liverpool defence and created scoring opportunities for his teammates, with 3 of them could have been sure goals (one was in the net but disallowed by the referee).

    His crossing accuracy is very sharp and precise, and he never fails to impress with his pace even if he is playing against a fast left-back like Liverpool’s Robertson.

    Had a good game yesterday. But Genk is not good. Not the team they were a season ago. Weakest team in CL I would say.

    One of Genk’s best performers for sure. Dribbled past defenders and had several good runs with the ball at his feet. Repeatedly put dangerous crosses into the box from the right side. Tracked back and did work defensively too.

    Scored in the cup yesterday against Antwerp. But missed the penalty. So they are out. Miyoshi did not future..
