It's still Ajax. It's a shame Danny Karbassiyoon and Frank Simek didn't grow up in today's age. Imagine the all touches, twitter accounts, podcasts, etc.
I know, and if he becomes a starter then great. But people freak the f out over every player that sees the field in the Eredivisie. I made a point somewhere else that an American scores there and it is because he is good. Zardes can score tonight and their will be a collective eye-roll over it from most fans cause MLS is crap. Won't matter that in the 17/18 season the left back was a starter in Ligue 1, one CB was a starter for Vitesse last year, and the other CB is a Costa Rican international. But score against a bunch of nobodies that are Dutch? Best ever.
The thing that bothers me more is that there is an expectation from fans that USSF treats players like college football recruits and does everything in their power to cap tie them. It's the national team. There has to be some sort of respect for that. If a player is on the fence, let them decide and they will either come back to you or leave you. If a kid has to be "sold" on the national team, (IMO) they can sit it out. This should not be a business decision.
I thought Ledesma blew it by taking the first touch, but the Crew just left him too wide open for that to matter. 2-0.
We have a red for the reds? No, just yellow. The graphics package flashed a red color behind Delgado’s name while showing the yellow card.
