Mine is out standing......................in a field...................................too bad that field is not customer service...............................
Finally figured what I was missing/forgetting: The Fanhub site. I was on the app, I was on Ticketmaster, but I forgot about going to the Fanhub site. What I did in the end was use Ticketmaster to be able to scan sections seat by seat then cash in the FAM on Fanhub once the ticket generator offered thjose seats.
The Bruce is right. https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2019...3xzS94Xs_5KZGhfqC8dzJAAhI0IAzBeP9KfHjeHDh-XRk
Here is a bit added at the end of Pablo's article on The Athletic. These are things I assumed would happen during the design of the ********ing stadium and it's just a consideration for next year.
******** them and their constant "oh, we'll probably do that next year" every time something they have failed to do is brought up to them. They don't care. Maybe they'll have some roof panels built, maybe they'll be solar as promised, maybe they'll think about acknowledging the team existed before 2018, maybe they'll fulfill their parking promises, maybe they'll think about customer retention, maybe ...... Maybe just sell the thing.
Snap out of it, Bruce. Banners and stuff costs money. Y'know, I'll bet if the FO approached the supporters groups and said: you want historical banners, you do it. They need to be [dimensions cited]. You make 'em, we'll hang 'em. That could work. The FO's attitude is weird. Banners that showcase the glorious history of DC United are a cost effective (i.e. cheap) way to impress newcomers and encourage them to buy season tix. SMH.
Hah. I guess not enough schmucks selected "10" on the survey question (circa 2016-2017?) that asked: (scale of 1-10) "Importance of banners depicting trophies, players, team history, etc." I did. I'd have gone Spinal Tap "11". I'm just thrilled the FO is discussing this topic at all . . .
A year and half, I still haven't met my rep. I've tried catching him at whatever customer service tables they've had set up for various things, but I've always missed. Now its a race to see if I meet him before I give up the seats. Its like a race into the shitter, since they promoted the previous guy we had who was really good until he went shithead, which is prolly why they promoted him.
It would not surprise me if actions like buying me a drink are being discussed. Those actions may figure into the next match or next year, though no official decision has been made.
With all the pictures he's posted, he's been smart enough to leave himself out of any of them; so how are we supposed to know who to give these extra cold beers we're always carrying around to?
United won't purchase a few pieces of grated steel or aluminum to finish their minimalist exterior walls, but Cincinnati... Yeah, today's Wall Street Journal has an article about the new stadium. Unlike Audi Field, it will have a wrap-around rood protecting all against rain and snow.
Crazy low prices for Thursday's Ligue 1 doubleheader tomorrow (not too shocked). Bought a pair of EagleBank Club seats for $50 total with fees included. No idea what to expect from the food but unlimited beer for ~5 hours is well worth $25 to me. There are a few more on Ticketmaster and StubHub.
