Napoli focuses on projects and gives the manager lots of room to make calls on players and gives them what they need to succeed rather than a managerial roller coaster. Not learning from his mistakes would be going to a project that doesn't fit him at all simply because it is in the city where he feels most comfortable, which is his draw to Atletico. He chose Madrid longer then he should of because of romantic reasons of the club and the city because of his family, and from a soccer standpoint it was a mistake. Napoli is the correct soccer decision, Atletico is obviously not but they're in the picture for the same reason he overstayed at Real, because it's Madrid.

I don't like this move. The explosion of James with Simeone will be a matter of time. Simeone doesn't like the type of players like James. Too bad Napoli couldn't arrange the money for him.
Meh I dont think he will have problems. Simeone is a tough coach but he is also a smart coach. He will demand a lot of James but he will also know how to get more out of James, not just demand it. James already runs a lot and simeone will keep pushing him to be a more complete player. My major concern at club level for James continues to be his injuries
Simeone isnt having patience with new players recently...especially if they dont have tactic vocation....lemar, gaitan, cerci, vitolo.....without naming the forwards. saul and koke the ones that have played with simeone for years always get the spot....
None of them are the caliber of James... also, knowing James' history, I'd like to think he wouldn't ask for him if he had no plans for him
James "caliber" isnt guarantee anymore James have been benched by players that are not his caliber....... Simeone have asked a lot of players that after months have no patitence with them...for example he isnt happy with arias I want to be optimistic.....but with other similar coaches like simeone like ranieri and kovac...james havent been good.

I never imagined that after the World Cup in 2014 this would be his status in what should supposed to be the pick of his career. I expected much more from him.
He has played in Real Madrid and Bayern Munich after the WC and now Juve is interested in him. That's hardly a bad career concidering his attitude problems and long list of injuries.
