If we hold off all business to make room for a player who might as well join barca in two years (because don't believe for a second Nike will push him to an Adidas team), we're gonna look like legit fools. This is a long ass bet to take to expect him to stick around for a while and then everything to work out smoothly in two, three years at best.
I'll add too many of our fans believe he's an RM fan. He isn't. At the very base, he's a Ronaldo fan. And you can bet it isn't Ronaldo that will tell him to sign here if Flo is still around since it didn't end the best way ever. Still think he will come here. But not just because he's supposedly an RM fan.
The Neymar deal to Madrid isn’t being held up by our reluctance to not potentially upset Mbappe. It’s just another (smaller than the financial, injuries and attitude issues) piece to an already complex puzzle I think. If we could somehow get Bale involved in that deal then it’s the only way I can really see it work right now.
The problem is that PSG don't want injury prone players anymore. They are trying to offload the ones they have (it plays a role too in them opening the door for neymar), and remodelled entirely their medical team. They even created a special medical board with the best french surgeons, and others specs. It was announced a few days ago. You can forget it. Bale won't go there.
I'm with you, but that someone has to give him a salary as big as he earns here He apparently doesn't want to give up on said salary.
Pogba saga has reached stage where Real Madrid & Juventus will be discussing lowball offers which include players Man United don’t want— Kaveh Solhekol (@SkyKaveh) July 6, 2019
Damn, player had nothing but struggles here and leaves with a classy af message like that. Wish him the very best.
If you remember I predicted this a month ago. juventus will only make out offers seem incredible. They don't have the finances. They can only trade assets... assets who would probably rather go back to South America then play for that Manchester side. We should hold strong to our sensible offer and hope they feel the pressure. Hope they continue missing on targets, get desperate and turn to our castaways like Bale.
Paul Pogba & his team have been seriously considering snubbing Manchester United's demand that he travels to Australia tomorrow, according to L'Équipe.— Get French Football News (@GFFN) July 6, 2019
I’m sad to see Theo go. The potential is there, but he never really got a chance to show it here. He is still barely 21 years old. Theo only got one season here and he played scrub minutes. I still believe he can succeed here, if given the chance. I was hoping that he would be loaned out for another year or two to a team that will give him a lot of minutes. I hope that we included a buyback in the sale.
Would be a big push on their end. We should try to close this as early as possible and have him join up with our team in the US. This preseason is really important.
Real Madrid will imminently make an opening bid to sign Paul Pogba, worth around €80m, according to L'Équipe - full story https://t.co/zs2oIgIGQI— Get French Football News (@GFFN) July 6, 2019 LOL
80 ME plus Bale apparently? Wonder if they are copying crappy MD who said 88 ME plus one of Isco or Bale.
Nope. 80ME including Bale. It also says on LEquipe that Manchester would not pay him as much as he earns here, and Bale, of course, wants the same salary. In short, I don't think Manchester will budge since local rumors say they want more than 150ME, flat.
LEquipe also say it's dead for MBappe, at least for this summer. Ah, and Bale is also against being loaned.
Manchester will never give him up for 80ME. And LEquipe say that the idea of including Bale will quickly be put asides because Manchester won't give him the salary he wants as they are not that interested in him anyways. Of course, it's all from LEquipe. Not saying they are wrong, but given their popularity, expect mancunian news network to publish their side of the story very soon.
Hazard starting bid was 70 ME. So Pogba could still go 120 plus variables easily. You always start low.
Exactly. And we are the only club on him. Juventus have not the money to pay 80ME for De Ligt. No way they have more than 100ME for Pogba.
