Plain and simple pathetic display for a pathetic team. Even after being gifted the B.S. penalty, (because it was) they could of justified it by getting at leas an actual goal knowing they had the chance at the end but nope. They blew all their chances.................making it a win, but a pathetic win going into the final. Either way nothing new you guys know that Mexico has to make it to the final..........there was too much money here to be involved, Mexico for the most part always has to be in the final.............win or lose. I praise powerhouse Haiti.......they made it this far and i hope they continue to grow their football for the better.
Exactly when they play good i will praise them as i should. But when they straight out suck i'll throw it at them as i should. I was not happy with the display and they have a lot of work to do...........but i also know they could get better because they will have to. Very realistic indeed, and there is nothing sad about that, buddy.
A couple of years back I saw Haiti play versus Japan during a FIFA date in Yokohama. The Haitians played very well and surprised me. They came back from a two goal deficit and were up 3-2 in injury time when Kagawa evened it for the Japanese. In that game I saw a lot of things the Haitians did to Mexico this recent game. Mainly, burning the Japanese team with physicality and athleticism which they did to Mexico a few times. Sure, they bunkered but I'm pretty sure Tata knew that Haiti were willing to pounce on a defensive mistake and I was actually kind of glad that Mexico didn't start breaking ranks and attacking wildly. As a fan I'm dissatisfied with the result but at the same time we have to realize that not every team in the region is a pushover and the days of putting 4 or 5 goals against most CONCACAF rivals is over. Personally, I hope Haiti keeps improving they are pretty likeable and aren't as malicious with their fouls like some Central American teams.
Who has a replay of the penalty? How are people are arguing against it? Attacker gets to the ball first and had an advantage, defender kicks the attacker's foot, displacing him and negating that advantage.
Lol I’ve posted like 3 times in the past four months lol Blackballing is a bad phrase for it sure. I think it’s just dumb to have an attitude that expects players to wanna play every NT game in this day and age. It’s a soccer team, not the Mexican draft against France in 1864
Everything you said completely agree, with that said not to long ago even Guadeloupe made a bit of noise. Haiti and Martinique played some very interesting football and hope they can continue to grow to make our region from joke to respectable so to speak That is why when we face teams like these and some fans (you know who are again) right away start throwing 5-0, 3-0 ridiculous scores like that it makes us look very moronic when we barely escape with a minimum 1-0 margin of victory like in this case...........yet again. With that said i hear you with everything you said.
