I'm not too worried about PSG, I think De Ligt has a little more ambition than that. Hopefully Nedved's close ties to Raiola can push the transfer over the edge for us

So De Ligt has gone from almost done to not even close. Apparently Juve are offering 7.5, well below the at least 12 De Ligt wants. If PSG come in with 12 we can kiss his ass goodbye

It all depends on net or gross. In any case I was watching the British ESPN today, let's just say the disrespect for Serie A is blatant. They straight out insulted the idea that De Ligt would join Juve. So is part of the Dutch media. The jealousy is strong.

Isnt the income tax rate also a lot higher in France than it is in Italy??

12 after tax, we are offering 7.5 after. Point is, we're way off still

Juve’s offer is €7.5 million plus easily obtained bonuses to equal €12 million a year. It’s said the bonuses are as easy as showing up. They’re doing this for accounting reasons, also with Italy's New tax code code for players they can keep even more salary. They’ll keep more in a Italy than in France.

You guys shouldn't worry too much... I think it's a done deal.

Have any of you heard of what Casillas recently posted online on his twitter?

The Porto man praised Juventus' 'transfers' on his Twitter account with a mysterious caption: 'These signings of Juventus are made by Houdini. Pure magic," he wrote.

It's done... Juve will be amongst the favorites to win it all in 2020. They would be taking care of the defense (De Ligt is a MAJOR upgrade). The mid with Ramsey and Rabiot (not sure about Pogba) and then you got Ronaldo & Kean up front...

I think there's more of a mystery around Costa & Dybala at this point... One of them has to go, I'm pretty sure.

Hearing that we bid for Zaniolo and got rejected, highly doubt Roma will sell, especially to us

Who else does Roma have to sell to stay afloat? Are they going to get rid of Manolas?

They seem to be selling half their squad to Inter.

Inter is becoming Roma North if you can trust the rumors.

I'm pretty sure they'd rather sell Manolas than Zaniolo. Wasn't Manolas linked to Napoli, he'll probably go there

Are they the only two heavyweights they have to sell?

They only need to sell one of the two to balance the books. I think those are their two most valuable. El Shaarawy might be another candidate to head out the door but I doubt he's worth much at this point although he's still relatively young

I wonder why there is talk now about Kean being included in the de Ligt deal or even being sold for that matter.

Because of his conduct most likely. If we do get rid of Kean we need another striker, not sure that would be the right move.

Maybe Kean does not fit with Sarrismo.
