A high school buddy of mine also killed 2 people in a DUI a few years ago. He's a couple years into a 30 year sentence.

It’s one of the worst situations to both sides and it’s one of my biggest fears People losing their lives unjustly and on the other side, someone who isn’t necessarily a malicious person, causing one of the worst things to happen. Essentially ruining their life and living with the memory of that one horrendous mistake.
Have to read more into this to see what may come about in general. With that said, prayers to the peoples families in this unfortunate event. As for Maleck...........i really dont know what to say, but we will see.

Looking at the video, it seems like his attorney may have a case to get him off. We will see what happens. Time will tell. RIP to the couple that passed and may Maleck face the consequences he deserves.
