I don't see us getting 53k for our game on Saturday, but hopefully it will be a decent crowd, maybe the entire lower bowl and some of the second level (25,000-30,000).

I'd be shocked. Attendance has been down across the board.

If Haiti play tonight like they did in the 2nd half against Bermuda, they should win. If they play like they did in the first half against Bermuda, I'd give Nicaragua a puncher's chance. Really would like to see Nicaragua and Bermuda spring the upsets tonight, but as Deneice Williams sang, "It's Gonna Take a Miracle".

    Water break.

Because starting a match in Dallas at 6 pm the last day of Spring is such a good idea.

    Haiti is still up 2-0.

Japan has taken the lead over Uruguay.

Thank god the crowd is so small, only a few hundred fans will have to suffer.

I was very surprised by the CR v Bermuda score. Isn't Costa Rica normally the 3rd strongest team in CONCACAF? 2-1?

Maybe Bermuda was inspired? Or Costa Rica was sending out a less than A team? Or Bermuda aspires to being called "The Iceland of The Caribbean" [just as Iceland aspires to being called "The Bermuda of Europe"] ......;)

Fun game. Costa Rica was not good at all. Bryan Ruiz earned a yellow for a dive in the penalty box that was so comical and obvious that early career Ronaldo would have been proud of it. (of course Fox called in Dr. Joe to "debate" if Ruiz's dive should have been a penalty)

Though Bermuda were scrappy and probably a better team than expected so credit to them. Their strikers just surpassed Zardes a run for the Golden Cinder Block award for most atrocious first touch in the Gold Cup though.

Because starting a match in Houston at 6 pm on the first day of Summer is an even better idea than last night in Dallas...

At least most of the field is shaded.

Considering the start time and Houston rush hour, it's a not terrible crowd of Salvadorans so far.

The hydration break is the most interesting thing that has happened so far.

Something nearly happened and then there was a bad offside decision by the AR.

Remember when LA-born Gersen Mayen of El Salvador was tied for the MLS lead in assists for Chivas USA one month into the season? I did not think you did.
