We gave him somewhat of a chance and realized the error of our ways, Milan is apparently still interested in him .......today........there’s a difference i’d say

The whole league in Italy took a hit many years ago with all the internal club crisis - it slowly start to mend and rebuild. And competition is not at that level when Paolo Maldini was active in Milan so a bit unfortunate.
Personally I would be very happy if Milan signed Dani Ceballos, because he is strong defensive with great passing skills, and he can dribble for sure to create space for others into good offensive positions.

The video interview they are citing here is in the Zizou thread, but here is MARCA’s article on it.

Zidane said that preseason is important for the players and that the new signings (so far) will be with the team from Day 1 of the preseason.

MARCA is suggesting that Zizou is applying pressure to ensure that any further transfers should be made before the preseason starts so he can train them. Our first preseason match is on July 21st

Yep. Ceballos would be a great addition, imo. Fills a need in midfield as well.

    As long as it's a loan+ option/obligation, I think it's a smart gamble.

Yup Ceballos might turn out to be an asset, if the Mayoral story is true though, I don’t know about that, except i’d be happy my team got him off the books and made some money from him I hope, however much it is

Quality, personality, conditions to excel in Madrid under a superior coach, a true upgrade from Manchester, and marketability

They would be better off getting Mariano instead of Mayoral, Mariano is actually prolific when fit. I do wonder why they need a striker in the first place considering they signed Piatek last season and he scores.

This would be semi-believable if we sold Gareth Bale to Manchester last summer.

We didn't though so there is literally no way we could afford Neymar.

I really really hope we don't sign Neymar. I know from the way things look, it might be very improbable. However, Perez does have an obsession with Neymar, so we can't really rule it out.
He is a poison, and will destroy the harmony of the team.

First of all, I don't believe that we need Neymar. We have enough options upfront and our priorities should be elsewhere. But I really believe Neymar is too big for PSG. He didn't have troubles like this with Barcelona and I believe he would even be better with us. We could handle his family and everything and we have a lot of stars so he wouldn't act like he does now.

But his chances to come here are gone. 2 Times he had the chance to come, but he chose for our rival and to stay at PSG. So a no for me.

He went for money twice, which is fine (it really is) but the chance of him coming to Real Madrid is less than 0.01% nowadays. He's a sensational player (and a generational talent), but I agree he's had his chance. Interested to see how his career will develop in the next years.

Yes I agree. I hope he doesn't go to Barca. I believe they are (together with us) the only club who can handle him. He will shine again with Messi and that would be a big trouble for us. He is still 27 and I'm not sure he is going to be like Ronaldinho and regress or be like the Neymar from a couple of years ago.

I seriously doubted that Barcelona would take him back. Messi or Suarez might want him back, but he not only screwed them up with the transfer. He also asked for his loyalty bonus after the transfer. He burned his bridges there.

They want him but don't have the money.

That's why their medias write a lot of BS about swaping players, as if PSG [that hates Barca like no other club] would accept their crappy/finished players.

Barca medias value Coutinho at 200ME. More than Hazard + Jovic + Mendy! Yesterday, LEquipeTV described Coutinho as some kind of ghost, and even one pundit called him shitty lol. Then they made fun of Barcelona saying that next time they will offer something like a dog or an unicorn lol

Culés are so gullible though, and their medias don't even realize how much they are a nuisance to their club fame each time they publish fake stories.

Isco isn't physically impressive to say the least but the kind of football he has actually played, Ceballos and Llorente have only had as a promise on the horizon.

If we can have a healthy and motivated Isco, he is far superior to both of them.

Medias in Italy say our priority is Pogba.

Since Rabiot is supposed to join Juventus, they also say that Rabiot is amongs the players we could turn to if Pogba's deal fails.

But they agree our priority is Pogba.

It's better to join Leverkusen since they have CL football.

I don't think anyone will take Neymar off PSG. 300 ME asking price and 36 ME nett salary. Even if he takes a paycut, will be around 30 ME nett still. 5 year deal from now on is super risky given his injury record in last two years. PSG are not relevant without Neymar and Mbappe outside France and they gonna win Ligue 1 anyways so that's the most likely outcome.

I would like to see Brahim join Sociedad. It's good for him to play a lot of games and I want to see Vinicius & Jovic getting as much minutes as they can. Hazard and Benzema play 90% of the games, so we'll have Vinicius, Jovic and Asensio for the right spot and as subs for Benz and Hazard. I think Lucas will leave and I really don't know about Bale.
