Well, I think putting their feet on the trophy is fine, but they even posed as if they were pissing on the trophy, which is very disrespectful and childish. The guy who did it is well-known for having an attitude, so i knew he was gonna do something stupid soon.

I was pretty embarrassed by these guys but after seeing the China's response to the apologies, I think they should've just burned the trophy and kicked it in their faces.

Typical chinese response. If they are the one who get bullied they will rage like a baby but if they are the bully, it's okay to them.

Oh. I was looking for this thread. Quite surprised to see it a bit dormant. Can someone tell them I want our trophy back?

Also, some people are really, truly spineliness. Why apologize? And a "sorry" would've sufficed. No need to bend over backwards or spread your vagina wide open.

Since japan is our next match up, do any of you know how are they performing in this tournament? Who has the upperhand between us and them?

They dont have superstars like LKI in the U18 team as some of them didnt come for Copa.. Their main striker also got injured, so he prob wont be able to play against us but their chemistry isnt something we can look down upon.

Uh...how dare they disrespect the...U18 PANDA EXPRESS TOURNAMENT? Tell the president to cancel the ticker tape parade. They didnt form an honor guard for the great chinese players and they didnt bow to the trophy afterwards in the lockeroom. Hopefully they can restore their honor in the upcoming U12 taco bell invitational.

Japan never really had superstar players like Son imo. They have always been team-based, except for maybe Nakata. It is a reason why they don't produce guys like Son, Lee Kangin or Lee Seungwoo who makes thing happen on their own.

To be fair I can name alot of japanese players better than Seung-woo. But Son is probably the biggest ever. With Nakata at his prime close second. Potential and really make it is two different things.

i can't.. at least players of his age. the closest you could argue is Ritsu Doan but in terms of talent/skill, i rate Lee SW slightly higher (except the ability to shoot). in international football, Lee SW got the better of Doan..

club career wise, we need to have some perspective as Doan plays for mid-table club in Eredivisie while Lee SW is in Serie B (A the previous season). not sure Eredivisie is better league over Serie B & Doan didn't have good season this season. he is also.. although, i don't put much stock in it but are linked to clubs in Russia.

as a Japanese fan I can tell you that nakata has never been a great player, he is the most overrated Asian player of all time

He was very talented but imo, shouldn't be considered anywhere near the top players of Asia. No better than Nakamura or Kagawa
