The only positive I can take from this is hoping the players feel angry about this loss and come back with a chop on their shoulder next year. Several players simply sucked down the stretch so this is all on them.
Ozil has to go. He's an anchor preventing the team from moving on. Now I'm not sure the club is capable of getting someone better but the dude is expensive and unproductive. Cut the losses and let him walk, I say.

You don't need to find someone "better" from a skill perspective. You need someone that will actually contribute. Right after we went down 2-0, we were pushing forward trying to mount any kind of comeback and F'n Ozil was just loafing around looking completely disinterested. He added absolutely nothing to this game. Would have been better off starting Iwobi in that spot. He may not be as skilled but atleast he will make runs, press and play defense.
Ozil came here and won three trophies after not winning anything for 11 years. I think Ozil needs to go because he washed but blaming him for this club’s status is seriously misguided.
Anyone who actually watched Arsenal the last few months should have seen this coming. They just have no game plan and no strategy. They had weeks to prepare and this is what they came up with. Cech starting is a complete joke. Having 2 strikers who could have had 95 chances with no other players on the field and still wouldn't have scored is a joke. Chelsea basically had nothing to play for, they hate each other, their manager is leaving and their best player couldn't be more open about how he wants to leave. Yet they beat a team who had absolutely everything to play for 4-1. Arsenal are ********ed for a long time.
This is honestly what I'm most annoyed about. Thursday games against Slovakian and Azeri teams are tedium IMO
It's actually pretty amazing to look at how many chances Arsenal had to get into the CL at the end of the season. This is a next level melt down. It seems like it would have been easier to get into CL than how they actually managed to end up back in the EL.
Club is a joke now fam. Blud, this is a banter era result. This season by any metric is now a complete failure. Needed a trophy and CL, got neither. Ramsey gone for free, too many garbage players on the list. We need at least 7 gone to bring in new ones but who the ******** is going to buy trash like Mustafi? Have to hope one of the Turkish teams is funded by the President so they can take Ozil off the books.
