WTF? Ref handing out yellows like gum drops to the US, but Nigeria take Pmk out, no card. Classic international reffing. The US never gets a break, unless we are playing Canada.

No foul. should be a goal. But FIFA bloody hates the US.

Yeah, as a major international power, the refs definitely have it in for us!

As expected, Nigeria needed to make a change. DLF and PMK are destroying their right side. thought his name was De La Puente

Refs were probably unable to use VAR on the disallowed US goal due to too many Virus warnings. Man, this stream I'm trying to watch sucks!

Huge save by Scott as the partial clearance is volleyed high and hard.

Off a ridiculously awful clearance by Durkin I think. Simple header to clear sent straight to the Nigerian guy.

Defense looks atrocious when we're pinned. Our best defense, without a doubt, is our offense.

Yeah was Durkin who kind of gifted him the clearance.

Really? I think Weah has been pretty poor with some good opportunities. Should have put the one away, and has been selfish a couple other times when he could've passed.

I know Weah is a favorite amongst the fanbase but his finishing needs work. Same at club level.

Just like I said: start Soto as a 9 and let Weah run on the wing. Weah hopefully will turn one of these chances into a goal in second half.

This kid Mendez is he legit? Looks to be perhaps the most technically talented youngster since CP.

He's playing better than last game for sure. Definitely looks better out wide...touch is too heavy at times but he has good ideas and is showing his ability to at least get in position to score.

Dirks playing much better too, showed some wheels, had a couple crucial wins in midfield

Mendez is playing much better as well. Great passing, good d, you could feel the energy in the stadium build when he lined up for a howitzer that was deflected. Shot on from looked like it was goal bound, deflected one only just missed as well.

Nigeria have some serious quality though; game's been contested from end to end and they've come very close. Need to maintain dominance in the midfield in the second half

Nice half... Moving the ball quickly, great movement, great combination play, and nice pressure from front 5. Scott has been solid. Durkin and Keita remain our weak links.

oh yeah, Lalas is still unbearable.

US should be up by a couple. Nigeria came back into. Point of concern is the lack of pressure on the ball in midfield. Don't like the way Ramos has this team set up to defend.
