The one on the FIFA website has been the flag of Tahiti for as long as I've been going there (since the 90s). I'm pretty sure that was the same one in the Confederations Cup.
Yeah, I read up about the flag on Wikipedia too. This insignia seems to be more vivid in color than what I remember. The older insignia on the FIFA site seemed smaller and the colors were more muted; even sort of pastel compared to the bold insignia I notice now.
Sean Nealis' Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day Anyway, here's the best look at the goal line decision in the first half. No goal. So, was that a @NewYorkRedBulls goal or was it cleared before the entire ball crossed the entire line? Model says it is the latter - basically that half of the ball cleared the entire line, but saved by about 4"Obviously difficult to be definitive, but my best guess is no goal. pic.twitter.com/EXgvw0m7L8— SoccerPhotogrammetry AKA "A Nice Gentleman" (@OffsideModeling) May 23, 2019
Forward Madison...I mean, Minnesota lose 1-0 to Hertha Berlin in a game noteworthy only for Kevin Molino leaving the match right before halftime with a leg issue after getting crunched from behind on a tackle. Here's hoping it looked worse than it was.
Anyone else finding the FOX Sports app useless? I ended up going to my provider's app to stream the Mexico U-20 game because I couldn't find a place on the FOX Sports app to start the stream.
The Fox Sports Go app is always bad, but was it not just listed on the home page? I see the listing for Poland v. Colombia in 25 minutes as the 5th item right now.
The FOX Sports Go app wants to open the game in the FOX Sports app when I select it, but once I log into my provider in the FOX Sports app the game no longer appears on the page. But I can go to the FOX Sports website on my laptop and stream the game so its not an issue with my provider login. When I log in to the fOX Sports app the "Live TV" section changes to "Top Videos", with no access to Live TV. The same Live TV I can stream through my provider app or the FOX Sports website when logged into my provider.
Guess I haven't really used that app in a while. I just tested it out and have the Live TV bar at the top after logging in. Only thing I can think of is, did you give the Fox Sports app location permission? I can imagine that locking you out if you didn't.
Just forced a reinstall of the FOX Sports app and now at least the launch of that app from the FOX Sports Go app gets the game to stream.
Semi-related: Fox's coverage of the Bundesliga is an abomination. On FS1, they have a replay of NASCAR practice. On FS2, they have Poland - Colombia. Meanwhile, Stuttgart and Union Berlin are playing for a spot in next season's Bundesliga, and it's on Fox Soccer Plus.
So my mother in law has been staying with us for the last week as we’ve tried to figure out this baby thing. Turns out, Harper is the easiest baby to deal with on the planet. Which is weird, considering her parents are high maintenance pain in the asses lol. As her mom is walking out the door to go home, my wife orders her to come stay next Wednesday night. When her mom asked why, my wife goes. “Sporting plays Wednesday and it is their last home game until July. I. AM. GOING!!! I married well. PS. She just ordered infant ear protection so we can take her to the games lol I thought I was going to be the weird one about this.
Why aren’t you taking the baby on Wednesday??? She’s like 2 weeks old now, just put her in a baby bjorn, bring some milk and diapers, and she’ll be fine.
I found out about this abortion last weekend trying to watch the two BundesLiga games Sat. Desktop FSG wouldn’t open FS1 for whatever reason, and the PIP option disappeared. The mobile app you had to open FSG to access the FS1 game. I guess they haven’t fixed anything yet with this new way to watch. Also the minimize screen wasn’t working at first on the Fox Sports App (when going to other apps) but I was able to figure it out. Disaster. Thx, Jay!
