According to Faitelson, Osorio and Cruz Azul’s old coach Paco Jemez strong contenders to take over as coach next season What a damn joke Higuera and Vergara Jr. need to GTFO. Those two dimwits are running this team to the ground
Tomas Boy to stay on as Chivas coach. Like I said, whether you watch Picante or not, it's still causes damages.
Higuera is probably trying to pull an ojo por ojo move with how expensive Pachuca has sold to them. Dumbass doesn't understand the basic truth about negotiating when you're Chivas. He's just making himself look foolish by saying that.
https://www.mediotiempo.com/futbol/...canteranos-futbol-europeo-temporada-2019-2020 This type of innovation is what Chivas needs to do on a consistent basis. This is the only way we can maintain some sort of competitive semblance nearing anything the big teams(Mont. Tig. Ame. Cruz.) can do--with their feasible addition with top talent.
No offense, but get your thumb out of your a...pride. Be realistic. They are alway, ALWAYS, competing for a champ with their acquisitions. Your debilitating pride is what blinds you to the manner/reason I am calling those teams big: aside of the aforementioned reason, they are always bringing talent from South America for their team--something we cannot do, and teams who can, don't have the resources. Monterrey is a top 3 team, with America and Tigres. Tigres has even gone out to another continent to gather talent(Ginac). Chivas is an endangered species in this game--barely hanging by thin threads of which is its love by most Mexicans giving them tv and commercial revenue, among a couple more. Even that seems to be wearing thin nowadays--as players don't hold chivas as an honor to play for. It's the way of global socce...futbol.
Your right. Tigres, monterrey and america are the big 3. Anyone who questions that is delusional. Soccer is about what teams have been doing in recent history. Also chivas is screwed. If we had a worldclass cantera we'd have a chance of being competetive. But the team sells its premium talent and doesnt replace it. Hell this season all our refuerzos were free. Chivas hasnt spent a dollar on a transfer fee. Toño, oribe, briseño, alanis all came free.
Spending money doesn't make them a big club, a couple of a good run in a couple of years doesn't make them big. By your measurement Pachuca should also be considered a big club, toluca and Leon etc.
I could put them there too, but left it to the three top dollar clubs...who seem to have a good eye for talent and great administration(this separates them from rest)--Tigres is the best of them all, followed by Monterrey and then America. Cruz Azul has the same but falls short for the lack of eye for talent, among other things. Those three are above the rest. Pachucs used to be tops in the mid 2000s or thereabouts.
Again top dollar club doesn't make them a big team. For all the "eye" of talent they (Tigres) may spent they can't even win a CCL to get to the CWC. Only club that you've listed that may proclaim the decade at this moment is Monterrey. Yes Chivas embarrassed themselves but the team had a whole run winning everything except campeón de campeones and the CWC, I agree we can't sustain this type of run with our current model but that is what big teams do, win everything not just the league.
Um, I just explained to you why I did not put Cruz Azul(a big dollar team) as a big team; and furthermore, I elaborated exactly what I meant. Go back and reread(or read) my previous post(s). (use source material as your guide) Now, you seem like a small-minded butthurt chivas fan just hating on other teams in a petty way. Take a step back and try to see things objectively...if you can. ------ Can you explain this? "Only club that you've listed that may proclaim the decade at this moment is Monterrey." On second thought, don't explain. .
