Difficult to care and invest energy into the national team when the players show no interest or determination. You see the same thing with private citizens on the civil level in the country. No wonders it’s so bad over there.

 

I’m fine with sucking ass as long as we put heart and initiative into actually improving, but this team and FA doesn’t

I stopped watching at 2-0 after also noticing less and less energy and effort. Absolute disgrace!

Shows how badly both Pjanic and Kola are needed on this team.
Shows how mentally fragile we are(going down 1 we should have tried to get it back..but nope..became worse).

They weren't able to string a few good passes the whole time. Where is the great flow and strategy? Not sure who to blame but at the end of the day, that Lulic comment rings true every time i read it..We have quite a few things to fix and some of it is extremely difficult(how do you fix mentality that so many Bosnians have?).

Is Blazevic still alive? At least we'd have some entertainment with him on the sidelines saying 'picka ti materina sto ne trcis?'...Maybe they would be scared enough to try harder. It seems that if you are nice enough to our players they just take advantage of you.

 

I mentioned this not long ago but my expectations for this team are fairly low(in comparison to how much i cared few years back). I expected more fight in this last game so that's the most disappointing part. So keep your expectations low and just enjoy the game(well as much as you can enjoy it).

As for Edin. He's a very good finisher(when someone can set him up properly) but you're right, it's probably a good time to change to a new kind of striker. Someone that can create a bit more and help out by showing much higher work rate. Not sure if we have anyone like that though. Any suggestions?
