In Schweisteiger, Katai, Nikolic, and Gaitan, Pawno finally has the squad he needs to deploy the system that worked so well for a bunch of Serbian teenagers.

Schwei and Schwei Zwei should be our coaches.

    Not even close.
His "soul mate" would never do that.
He just signed a three year contract in the off season.

I guess he'll have to wait until May 29th against DC United, which I don't see happening.

    Our remaining away schedule

    May 29 @ DC United
    June 1 @ Atlanta
    June 28 @ NYRB
    July 6 @ SKC
    July 20 @ Philadelphia
    August 3 @ Houston
    August 14 @ Portland
    August 24 @ New England
    August 31 @ Columbus
    September 21 @ Cincinnati
    October 6 @ Orlando

I believe our best chance of getting a away win is against New England or Orlando, hopefully by then Pauno is gone.

    Our next three games

    vs. NYCFC
    @ DC United
    @ Atlanta

All could end with us on the losing end, making us 4-4-8 (WDL), if it does happen this should be it for Pauno.

Looks like you didn’t prepare enough, dingus.

Allowing 4 goals against a 36 year old...

With the level of talent on this team, we should be fighting for the shield, not the last playoff spot. There is only one person who you can blame for this and it's Pauno. Get him out of here.

*I hate NR, but you got to him credit (about 5 years late) for building what should be a great team.

Should be, though I'm not ready to let him off the hook completely. The state of the roster on defense going into the season has been inexcusable.

Besides splashing some money on a Chicharito, priority #1 for Chicago City Wanderers Albion de Fuego next year is to find a legit "sporting director" in the Earnie Stewart/Earnest Tanner mold.

I sadly think Pauno survives for a while. The home schedule looks easier than the road schedule this summer and unless Gaitan stays out longer than expected, they'll get enough results to keep stringing everyone along. Plus, let's face it, the club is kind of in a holding pattern this season as an organization.

Paunovic has shown absolutely nothing since he took over this team in 2015 besides inconsistency, vulnerability, and lack of basic tactical knowledge. He is one of the biggest reasons this team is sinking deeper and deeper underground and sinking in deep irrelevancy. Why he hasn't been fired already blows my mind.

We better win most of our remaining home games, because we only have two away games that are winnable. So if we win most of our home games (8 out of ten) and only win 2 of the remaining away games (2 out of 11), we will end up with 46 pts. 7th place at best, well at least we would make the playoffs.;)

The Fire have only finished above the Revs once since 2015, the half season hot streak in 2017 that Pauno and NRod have ridden for the past 2 years.

The Revs have fired two coaches and a GM.

Make whatever conclusions you want. I have made mine.

Not did Pauno deserve to be fired after the 2018 season, NRod should have joined him.

Still holding out that once the move becomes official that not only is Hauptman bought out, that Pauno and NRod are shown the door.

If your going to start over that's a great way to do it.

After the next 3 matches, expect this number to be the mean for the remainder of the season. The 2017 first-half is the clear outlier; as long as Pawndobitch draws a check, they will be closer to wooden spoon than a one-and-done playoff.

Awful way for Schweinsteiger and McCarty to end their careers. For their testimonials, tickets should be sold to "Kick the Soulmates" for a buck per swing.

What no post match reaction for Pauno of the San Jose game? Not that I care what he would say, it probably would be a bunch of BS and excuses.

I don't wish us to lose games, but I love to see what happens if we lose the next three games. Would our ownership have enough of this guy (regardless of his contract extension in the off season) and fire him already.

    Reward or punishment?

  22. He can aim higher than the Fire. Let him get past France in the next game first.
