I think he did touch it. The first couple replays they showed left me in doubt, but the last one they showed made it look like it did touch his knee.
Tell you what, though: I’m glad it was not called a goal on the field. If that had been allowed to stand, there’s an argument to be made that video review should not overturn it and take the goal off the board. Because there’s an argument to be made that it’s not clear enough that it was touched, and there’s also an argument to be made that Kempin was not interfered with by his presence alone.
