http://www.espn.com/soccer/major-le...ate-for-a-win-vela-building-an-early-mvp-case But the Revs have been far from reliable so far in 2019. In fact, it's hard to figure out what Brad Friedel's team is all about. Cincy is missing a bunch of guys, so they will probably try and pack it in and try to get a draw. A draw for the Revs will feel like a loss.
Agreed. If we can’t beat an expansion team missing 5 starters, at our place....who are we gonna beat?
Anybody from an energy company reading this? Here's an advertising idea to promote conservation of energy. Tape of this match = egregious waste of energy (and very ugly soccer). Tape of any other match = conservation of energy.
Fawk'n' hell. Brad will blame our fitness when the reality is we simply don't have the skill to hold on to the ball for more than two touches.
I wish I was good enough on the computer to compile a lowlights reel of this game. This might be the worst Revs team I have ever seen! Diego‘s passing out of bounds, to Brad fumbling the ball, to Mancienne dribbling and getting dispossessed, to that square pass goal, we are just terrible! There is a complete lack of cohesion on this team, and it seems like nobody knows how to play with each other. Other than long balls, we cannot generate any offense, not to mention pass sequences. I don’t know what is wrong, but Friedel has not built a good team, or coached them to play together well. Predictable, mediocre, and last place. Damn, so little to hope for so early in the season.
