    Well, damn :eek:

    So Venezuela's MNT met with a representative of the Guaidó government before today's game...you can imagine how that played out back home. The situation's so complicated that Dudamel has offered to resign :( Would be a shame after all he's done to lead the program to its current competitiveness.

    In like 15 years Panama surpassed all of the Caribbean and most of Central America. A baseball nation. I remember when they tied Mexico in Panama, and that was a huge deal for them.

    They may not have the history of Salvador or Honduras but I would say they are as of now the 2nd best country in Central America after Costa Rica.

    The US like to hype up how much they have improved but what Panama has done these past twenty years is even more impressive. Their massive improvement also seems to get very little hype and recognition to boot.

    I agree with @DGreat when he says that they are going to be a headache in the Gold Cup.
