    80th minute 2nd sub....

Honestly one of the worst games I have seen is play. We did better with 10 men against them at the WC

This team wouldn’t have played better under Osorio? Seems awfully defensive

or anyone else !!! WE have waited since the WC for a coach !!! For this guy !!! It has been almost 1 FKING year... wasn't Pekermans 1st game against Mexico a much better team. We passed the ball 26 times before Cuadrado scored. This is a Bolillo like performance. Tho he will get a pass because he isn't Colombian.

He was going to be the savior and hasn't shown anything. Velez and all the win sports guys keep singing his praise for "scouting/working" by flying around for 2 weeks to meet players and he just picks Pekermens team. And does the same exact mistakes !!! Double 5... playing Muriel at the wing

First game but lucky PK and we have not played well at all. Palacios actually has gotten better as the game went on but MAchado WTF has he been all game.

The plus he could have added was passing the ball to play it safe and double our lead. Zapata would have buried that in if Diaz simply tapped it forward.

Maybe queiroz is shit.....but you should be very unrational......to judge him because his first match with national when he is just knowing the player.

You have to start to think...

Ps: thanks god isnt osorio that is bad professional and his results are quite mediocre.

Underwhelming performance by Colombia. The double 5 doesn't work for Colombia. The fullbacks are subpar and that's being nice about it. James was isolated. Villa didn't make good decisions in the final third. Japan should've scored 4 goals.

Solid performance by Vargas. Duvan was a gamechanger. Muriel hasn't scored for Colombia since the France friendly. Good to see Falcao convert a penalty.

Interesting to see the adjustments for the next friendly.

Diaz was feeling confident. It would've been a golazo if the ball had landed a few centimeters down.

Was only able to catch the 2nd half and the team looked ok. Mina looked solid in the back along with Vargas in GK. That's a big +. Also, considering CQ lost to Japan 0-3 only 2 months ago, I'm sure he's happy to get some result. Remember, long long trip for most along with a Japan playing at home. Would love to see CQ give Morelos and Zapata more minutes and Diaz looked really comfortable on the ball.

Nice of the refs to give us the handball penalty - that wasn’t even a handball - guy’s back was turned and his elbow was nearly touching his body

    IMG_9289.jpg

Love what Duvan adds on the pitch. Same for Uribe. I just feel more secure when I see both on the pitch

Muriel had some moments of brilliance - would like to see him cover more ground, but don’t know if his fitness/stamina are up to the task

    Vargas- solid game

    Davinson/Mina - no complaints

Machado/Palacios - glad they are getting minutes, but I don’t see anything special. Is Medina still a viable option for backup RB?

Lerma/Barrios - one of them should be paired up with Uribe. Just need to find another guy who can do what Uribe does. Not a fan of this combo, especially with inept fullbacks and Muriel/Villa who provided little support on defense.

Villa - bad first touch; wasn’t too impressed

Falcao - got some good chances to score. Could have had a nice goal beginning of the gam. Nice penalty

James - workhorse, could have had some more help offensive wise.

Luis Diaz - like what I saw of him. Looking forward to see more of him

    Morelos - N/A

Did not like the late subs. Would have liked to see most of the subs by the 70th min

Muriel, Lerma are played out of position. Same with Duvan.

Let Lerma play with Cuellar or Uribe instead of Barrios. Let Duvan be the #9.

I love Falcao as much as the rest of you. It is uncolombian not too. But let the guy scoring more and playing better actually play. Duvan is most likely the starter come Qatar. Let him get minutes.

Machado needs to never get called again. Borja seemed to be the starter under Reyes don’t get why he didn’t play. He seems like the better option of the two. Thank god Mojica and Fabra just need match fitness at this time.

We played pretty bad. The last 5 minutes it was like we were circled by sharks.

A lot needs to be corrected for the Korea game that is a much better team

Muriel is playing in that position with fiorentina...alternating roles with mirallas gio and chiesa...

    Not out of position.

Lerma seems nervous witj the nt...depsite he should with uribe/cuellar......but a lot of bad positions and bad passes arent just because he played with barrios

I disagree it was a penalty

But at least it was a good reward in a moment colombia was attacking and domintaing
