Don't even get me started on that tool shed. Watching him play in MLS all those years was maddening with his constant diving. Now I have to hear his smug lip about us every chance he gets. He also played for Houston, so he can f uck right off.

This Youtube channel upload ESPN like every day, it helpful to those who don't have cable and want to hear these ESPN pundits, lol
    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY0tCiPcCPA-KoKexqdWJhA/videos

I swear, some of these pundits comments about the games make me wonder if they truly watch the game or not.
Example: Player xyz he did something in the game that cause this to the game and lead to this in the game.
Then bam, one pundit asked while looking shock, "He did that?.. I don't know".
I mean, watttt? Seriously, if you really watch the da-mn game then you should know that xyz player did abc, etc..

I wonder if they even watch the full game, or they just like watch the highlights and comments.

Anyways, off to watch the EURO2020 qualifier, yah!! excited. I don't know if anyone in here watch the national team.
I swear if Italy can't get out of their qualifier then they should dissolve their national team. They already crash out of the RussiaWC (not qualify), they better not crash out of the EURO2020 too.

I support the Croatia national team, love Modric. But man, what going on? Croatia have 78% of possession, and passing accuracy of 90%.
While Azerbaijian have 22% posession, and passing accuracy of 72%. Yet they got one goal in, 1-0 leading.

Wtheheck? come on Croatia! You better make it through your qualifier.

eta: Welp, Croatia got one back in (and it a defender goal, lol) so 1-1. Let hope one more at second half.

Anyways, England has the easiest qualifier group countries.

Well, all the pundits, yes, all. and also the bookies, news sites, etc... So both bookies and pundits, ALL said Liverpool will lost to Barcelona. And Juventus will lost to Man City. CL semi-final.

I have a feeling, Liverpool will beat Barca.

I don't know about this year Juventus, but what I know for sure is the CL 15/16, Juventus did beat City in both home and away in the group stage.
2-1 (away Juve score 2, and that one goal City got was Chiellini own goal, Lol) and 1-0 (home).

So City is beat-able. It not like they run the world. But then their squad depth have improve alot since then. And Pep wasn't the coach back in 2015.

And last meeting of Liverpool vs Barca in 2016, Liverpool did beat 4-0. That was alot of beating, lol.
    So Barca is beat-able too.

Dunno why ALL pundits and bookies just say Citiii and Barca will go through the semi, meaning the final will be Citiii and Barca. And Barca win all at the end.

We just have to see if their prediction is right or not. I don't gamble so doesn't matter to me what the bookies say, but we see if they right.

I think City would beat Barca, personally.

We'll see if it gets down to that. Liverpool-Barca could go either way depending on a lot of factors IMO.

Well Sir EruditeHobo, I be da-mn if Citiii win the quadrupble. They already won the Carabao cup this season, FA Cup they are heavily favorite, they 1 pt ahead in premier, and heavily favorite in CL too.

Why you think Citiii can beat Barca? It is because of their squad dept and Barca is an aging team?

I still say Liverpool will win the premier league, it impossible for Citiii to fight in all front (still in 3 competitions) and able to win all of their matches left till May.

I call it, Liverpool will win the league this year.

I don't know about the CL though. Shesshh I hope they not win it.

Actually now the more I think about it, I can see why Sir EruditeHobo said he can see City beat Barca.

At first I thought it Barca aging squad, but nahh, it more than that. *Midfield* is the key to who will win this. And City does have the BEST midfield in the whole English league.
If City midfield can limit the ball of Barca midfield to Messi, then I don't see why City can't win. Afterall Roma did destroyed Barca last season.

Actually, Atletico, Roma and Juve, all beat Barca before in the past, they must did something correctly. If City can break up Barca midfield then I can see their chances, City overall does have the best midfield, they can match up with Barca.

All the bookies and pundits are putting in for a Barca vs City final, I guess we just have to see.
It be great to see both sides tactics.

Guys, I’m not giving team talks to the squad... if I can’t as a fan look past Porto, who can I look past?

Not progressing past Porto would be a gigantic failure. It’s ok to acknowledge that I think.

I also think we're a better side than Porto , that on paper we should beat them etc etc but I don't think losing to them would be a massive failure....a massive disappointment no doubt. When we play the likes of City , Barca or any of those top teams where we may be underdogs I also believe that Lpool can turn them over . I'm sure Porto feel the same re us

We've seen all too often where the better team loses to apparent weaker opposition but at this stage "weaker" is hardly weak . All I'll say is that I like our chances better v Porto than many of the others but that's all.

They're all dangerous at this level of competition.

City won't win the quadrulpe because they'll bottle it the first time they face decent competition like they do every year. There is every chance Spurs does them in the quarters, and if not, Juve definitely will.

I couldn't call any of those matchups -- City, Barca, or Juve. I think LFC COULD win any of them... maybe we'll see.

I’m not saying “don’t jinx it”...I’m just saying “let’s focus on our next match” rather than who we might face in the semis of the CL
