    ends 1-1 FT.

Schreiber - Aydin, Koudelka, Dardai, Calhanoglu - Tillman, Meyer, John - Adeyemi, Woltemade, Nebel (C).

Belarus goal was from afar too, but seriously terrible shots, missed so many chances and non stop shooting exactly where the GK is......Guy doesn't even need to move much.

Did Woltemade cause problem? His size should be a headache to anyone

yeah he caused tons of problems and overall played well.

the team did play well and you can still see their potential just no efficiency uptop whatsoever. Samardzic missed a point blank shot, where he badly kicked it.

up next U19 Qualifiers vs Croatia in 1h30m. Now that's a tougher tournament to qualify as only Group Winners make the Euro.

Borkowski, Lemperle and others absence doesn't make any sense. We always seem to leave out important players in qualifiers or tourneys. Between things like school, injuries and players being left out, still don't see Germany youth NT taking best possible players. Usually U21 is the only one that's overall more accurate.

I can’t believe we can’t win against Belarus tho

How can these players get promoted to Bundesliga? I told u I think it’s possible that even if we qualified, Germany U17 will knock out in group stage

Just terrible generation. 1997-2002, u can’t expect many players who can make the 1BL. 2000 maybe better but pretty much very disappointing youth work

U don’t find good individual talent that easily nowadayx

We are talking about Belarus.... there shouldn’t be an excuse

And we almost have our best XI today. Other than Marco John might be replaced .... but it’s very very close to our best XI

    Borkowski is a sub striker mainly, Woltemade’s insane size still make him a threat;

Lemperle might help, I have always been a fan but Adeyemi is more explosive and is already playing at pro level

Personnel is not the issue... they just need to be better n less complacent

that's not how it works and you know it. 1BL promotion is not about what you do in NT it's what you do at club level and being rated by your club.

they played well but no efficiency. Your going to judge that for 16-17 years old as if it's a done deal that they can't improve. Most of these players don't even play in U19 league.

Everyone, including English n French, are laughing at our youth work now

They think we can’t produce good players anymore.

I won’t be surprised if BL clubs think the same.....why should they choose German players when we can’t even win against Belarus? They could’ve brought in players from Belarus with much cheaper prices lol

So what’s the advantage of these german players? I just can’t find any excuse no more

We are talking about promise. No one seems to show outstanding talent at 17 for Germany

If England, France, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Spain players can beat Belarus 10-0, what makes u think the club will think German players are still better?

So they bought in English at 17, that simple

Our talents need to show promise, we can’t ********ed up all these youth matches anymore. We need to win something n play well to change people’s impression

Everyone, English/French/Portuguese/or even German, do not think we can produce good players anymore. It’s a red alert

Team obviously realise Germany youth work is shit n focus on buying foreign talents

they are the ones producing them to begin with besides you do realize that numerous club promote players that are left out of NT all the time.

and we have seen tons and tons of times where players who play U17 NT lose relevance post U17.

it really is all about who a coach rates and I still think youth NT coaches are overall pretty poor coaches too.

these earlier years are the ones that the most iffiest anyways, as players are so far off from 1BL anyways.

and why are you giving up anyways, still 2 games to go, not like we lost.

the players did show promise and should have won 5+-0 if it wasn't for lack of efficiency and shooting exactly where the keeper is.

so you think suddenly Hertha will lose all interest in Samardzic who everyone there praise to the moon because he missed a point blank shot. And he was out for ages too from injury?

Thing is, A Borkowski, a Mo Kramny, a Lemperle won’t change today’s result

They are similar level of talent compared to Adeyemi or Woltemade

It’s not like I have given up, I think we can qualify. But the 2002 show me that it still is an age group which change people’s impression

Until clubs official think “now we are producing top talents again” , they will think French n English kids are better.

We need a turning point but this U17 won’t do any wonder

I think even if we qualify, we will be eliminated early

why wouldn't they change result if they were there? You really think Obuz who was used as a sub is better? Obuz played 32 min too. And that one of those 3 and everyone else left out couldn't have been more efficient than what they showed today.

reality is dfb ruined German football anyways. Systematically killing any individuality, for a system based game. Never understood why clubs don't do whatever they wanted anyways.

there was individuality today but it still overall limits one's options when most of the pool plays within a system.

what's the timetable anyways? It will be good again for real in 4-5 years.....so in time for 2024 Euro at home. That seems to be their target though.

what does talent level have to do with efficiency? And I don't see Obuz as similar talent anyways.

I just think teams might need more resources for youth development

DFB need to change the coaching program, but 1BL n 2BL teams need more capital on their facilities and to recruit better youth trainers.

Many U17 or U15 coaches are working for free now. So u don’t expect top youth coaches will join for the lower level

They will only wait for Chance to coach at U23 or above or even in other countries like Asia n England

    Skeledzic coached in China FYI

I think it’s a critical point where teams need to gain more money. Back to the point of 50+1, now everything is inflating

you think it makes a lick of sense to pick Obuz over Lemperle if you had to choose a Koln U17 player? (Besides fact that Lemperle plays U19 now)

and by the way was Obuz's 1st U17 NT game today. Hadn't played once for U17 NT before today's game....

I feel like your so into the idea that dfb doesn't make any wrong choices in player selection. It's all 100% the best possible players. Even when they do all the time, like all the time especially below U21.

How many games have u watched Obuz, he has always been rated highly

Adeyemi or Lemperle; Woltemade or Kramny/Borkowski is similar

And today, the XI is pretty close to best XI , the only player who might not start in U17 Euro is Marco John, that’s it

Lemperle has school issue to deal with, not that coach doesn’t rate him

And he failed to impress in Algarve Cup so Adeyemi replaced him

We also didn’t do well in Algarve Cup

Trust me, everyone in the football industry knows 2002 is not the turning point of your development.

Slightly better individuals but it’s not enough to tell clubs officials that “German talents are back on top again”. And I don’t even think this is arguable

so what do you think 2003-onwards or 2004-onwards?

speaking of French football, no point in bringing them up when we all know that they mass produce players like crazy. The amount of French exporting is all over Europe in every league. Germany even with more money and more people are nowhere near their level.
