I doubt it, but it would depend on the result of a full investigation into what happened. Whether it was something that KC could have prevented or not.

every time i'm on the bridge, it always gave me a second's pause before leaning on that railing. on big games, there has to be a ton of weight on those things all the way across. if that thing gave out like this one did, the results would be far worse... for people up there as well as down below in the members' stand. i hope they inspect every railing in the house after this.

Man, that is a horrifying thought. That rail is packed. In retrospect, we're lucky it was the low rail that fell. They need to check and recheck and rerecheck the bridge. That's the sort of accident that would define the club for a long time, in the "worst accident since the Hyatt" sort of way.
That said, the rail that did fall hadn't been leaned on much, at all, in the past, right? We can hope that was just a single, defective, piece of fencing/rail.

Okay, so lineup? Unchanged,, and then wholesale changes for LAFC, or mix and match to tweak?
I suspect it's the same 11. I also think we will play it very tight, and on recent form I'm not sure Toluca can score, either on us or period. 0-2 is my prediction. they're going to be bombing forward, and they couldn't handle our front line when they were focusing just on stopping us.

Lineup unchanged. I know Vermes rates Salloi higher than Gerso, which is fair, but Gerso shredded Toluca in the home leg. Gotta think he's earned the start in the away. Daniel can have the season opener on the weekend.

With a game next week in Panama if Sporting advances, play the same eleven, start the whole second team in LA, and the starters play again in the next CONCACAF round.
