Never too old to start. You can do sprint distance races which take no more than 75-90 minutes. I started in my mid 30s and had zero knowledge of road bike cycling and open water swimming. Ran slow today 2:19 which was 10:30 per mile pace. Coming from NYC it was hot AF for me. I the last 3 miles my pace dropped 45 seconds. I sweated more today for 13 miles than when I ran NYC full marathon in November LOL Miami is such a Fun course though. Highly recommend just for the experience. Just seeing all the red/blue/yellow shirts and hats all throughout Miami doing something healthy is quite a rush. It’s up there with being at a NT game listening to the national anthem

Why isn’t the federation in Barranquilla? If the team plays there? I mean I know that they spent a ton to build the building but it didn’t make sense so the coach has to work there but fly to Barranquilla to play games?
