My bad, getting the years off. But yeah, this was easily the worst tournament I've seen from the KNT.

We've got three more years down the road. As disappointing it is to hit the exit, we still managed to make it this far with some questionable performances/tactics, not to mention injuries as such that went overlooked. The real test for Bento is the upcoming WCQs, which is the burial ground for a lot of managers.

Koreans need to support the local level and help improve the game as whole. ******** being snobs and only supporting or investing time into European football or national team

We can agree to disagree, but honestly I don't think Sonny was mentally in it. Yes he was exhausted, no doubt, but where's the motivation when your squad was playing pass the ball and doing nothing?

There was ZERO sense of urgency what so ever. All we did was react to threats by the opposing low ranked team.

The bottom line is, this was all for nothing and a complete waste for Sonny ... Honestly, he should have never have come, but of course it's Country first, I get it ... but you have to put yourself in his shoes and realize that there is no motivation when your team is playing like crap.

Loosing to a ttong team like qatar is not only embarrassing, but it completely makes Sonny's trip worthless, where he would have been much better continuing his scoring streak with a team (Tott) that actually makes plays.

This game was seriously one of the worst that I've seen... very shameful.

Chill kiddo, I'm talking about the signing rumors, not about their performance. And ik he was shite, hence the "idk." Also group stage games he wasn't that bad.

Asian Games don't count in my opinion. Got them military exemption, but it isn't some sort of a huge accomplishment.

Olympics, sure. At least that's on an international stage.

Asian Games? It's a youth tournament amongst Asian nations.

I would say from our perspective, Asian Games is a huge accomplishment.

A coincidence that European clubs started grabbing military exempt players?

Just play a basic 4-4-2 when things aren't going well with your usual 4-2-3-1. For fck's sake, it's not that hard. The last time we looked good with a 4-2-3-1 was in 2010.

THE KNT IS A 4-4-2 TEAM. Stop playing stupid games.

Bring back Shin Tae Yong. He had his bad moments, but he showed us he can coach in big games. He's free right now.
    Shin Tae Yong >>>>>>>>>>> Bento.
His tricks may have been straight idiotic, but his tactics were good (against Germany for example).

I thought u were saying he would get signings based on the performance. If not, mb. Well there has been a lot of rumors arnd this kid, but after this tournament, I dont understand the hype around him. He's still young.. let's see if he can improve..

Sure. For the future of KNT and for these individuals.

But looking at the tournament in general? It's a mickey mouse cup.

You guys act as if Qatar never beat you before. Last time you met with them, they won 3-2 in 2018 WC Qualifier. Korea has been poor in this tournament just like the rest of Asia's Top teams except for Iran. Just deal with it.
