But what happened with your standards???..........according to you Rodallega is GOD despite that ggot 43 matches with colombia and that scored more than 10 goals for first time in a season in Turkey with 30........... Muriel in Samp established himself as a competitive player.........in sevilla he was misused by all his coaches..............he is a second top.
there was a time where i had big hopes for the kid, but it seems his fitness and levels of consistency have been the same since the 2014 cycle. there would be times where he played very aggressive and looked like he wanted a spot on the team and then he gets an opportunity and looks flat. i hope he can turn things around especially with rising stars like Cucho, Borre and Villa who are super hungry for NT opportunities
Second goal even more brilliant. Like a play right out of FIFA on Xbox, Back heeled a pass to himself then did another pass to himself ran past another defender ran a bunch down the open field and slotted it to the other post. Unreal.
This is the version of Muriel that needs to come out every game....he played today like he was on a mission. Hope he can keep this up!!
Zapata I can see being given every chance to start since he is the type of huge target man Queiroz has been dreaming of. I don't know if Muriel fits into his system as a starter. Have to see if he is given a chance.
Amazing goal by Muriel, SAM defense couldn’t touch him, doesn’t celebrate against his old team. pic.twitter.com/LNZihybJir— Para (@Paracelsus) January 20, 2019
interesting the line up.......great atacking force with muriel, simeone and chiesa. i imagine that in all matches cant play the 3 at front. 👥 L' #11Viola in campo⚽ #FiorentinaSampdoria#NoiSiamoFirenze ⚜️ #InsiemeSiamoPiùForti pic.twitter.com/4oz2Eu6ZQy— ACF Fiorentina (@acffiorentina) January 20, 2019
That is some Fifa/ dream shit right there I am happy Muriel went to where he thought he’d do better and picked that over money. AC Milan would have def paid him more but he picked where he’d play and would probably do better at A lot of our players are way way too into what crest is on our jersey which only one they should care about is our NT one.
In theory I agree with you. But at the end of the day the recurring paycheck comes from the club teams. In Muriel’s case he just needs to play with a chip on his shoulder and be that guy who wants the ball and to take the game into his own hands and be that on field general not some guy who is a ghost on the field.
I mean he scored goals like today and has games like one vs France before the WC where he looked world class. Then is garbage for 3 months He prefer guys like Arias who gives you at least a solid 6.5 performance every game Muriel is a 3 or 9/10 game
Italy is best for him. I was very skeptical of his move to Sevilla. Especially since they thought he could be a comparable player to Bacca as a #9. He is much more comfortable on the left wing roaming around and breaking on counters in the Italian style of game.
Good to see he's thriving in his best position, playing in the left with freedom. He didn't get a real chance at all at Sevilla.
Yeah Montella was the only one that gave confident to him.........but also misused him......... but also spain is a football with more passes and elaboration.......in italy the trasportation that is his biggest virtue is more exploit in italina football............. for example i thought that marlos would adapte better there than in spain.....
Another goal, this time agisnt chievo......had a post in second half 1089494430946603010 is not a valid tweet id 2 - Before Luis #Muriel, the last Fiorentina's player to score in both his first two Serie A matches with Viola was Luca #Toni in September 2005. Glad to see him getting hot, If he keeps this up he will have to get a look by Queiroz (one would imagine).
Nice goal, solid movement and smart/calm finish, really good to see that from Muriel. Hopefully this move to Fiorentina will lead to him turning a corner in terms of goal scoring, the rest of his play has been fairly consistent.
