I had no idea he was their highest paid player. But you can tell it has gone to his ego a bit. As far as the "toxic environment" bit, that is out of his control. Cheech is coming up on 9 years in Europe. He hasn't done too bad. He has definitely peaked IMO. His first year was his best by far. Good for him for not giving up and fighting through all the adversity- and making a shitload of $
