I think there's enough evidence by now to not give any credibility to anything Greengrass posts.

It's either an exceptionally thorough and convincing troll, or he's a very confused man.

He's quite obviously a wind up merchant, there's no benefit of the doubt to be had. He also posts articles about Rice declaring for.Ireland that are months old claiming them to be new.

Strangely he's here every day with his concerns for England, then England beat Spain and he disappears for a few days and has nothing to say.

Speaking on behalf of confused men everywhere, (because of my age in my case:(), I say let's give him the benefit of the doubt.
    LOL

Well, yeah. There is that :D

But we tend to cut people a bit of slack around these parts, mainly on the basis we've ALL made mistakes if we've been posting long enough :)

I think Greengrass makes some good points. Bit extreme and provocative at times and still not sure whether he's a genuine irish fan or a closet england fan, but he knows football.

The jury is still out on Winks . There are some tottenham fans who believe he can be the next Modric for tottenham . There are others who believe he is the next scott parker .

The little i have seen of winks he seems to risk adverse with his passing . He doesn't seem like the type of player who will ever impose himself on matches like scholes used to do .

I still think that the white haired kid for Watford has a much higher ceiling than Winks . Unfortunately for him he is played out of position and for a very direct team which greatly hinders his game

But i use to watch him regularly for Derby and I was blown away by his vision , passing and inventiveness on the ball . He is a wonderfully dribbler when he goes on a run . He has super quick feet .

There was one game that stands out in particular, when he was in a championship play off and on the loosing side . His team was shit and were outplayed . But he kept demanding the ball and ran the whole game . Some of his mazy dribbles were Gazza like . He looked head and shoulders above any other player

A year or two ago Jamie Redknapp said that there was a kid in the championship who was an english Ozil . But he has more heart than Ozil and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

As a man united fan if there is one player i wish they would buy its Will Hughes . Under the right coach this kid can be a star. One of the best in world football.

I think it's an unspoken acknowledgement that every message has a sentiment that ends with, "if they keep playing well."

Not if he stays in England. He lacks athleticism and the English game is very demanding in that regard.

    Not a chance in hell

He can be good but not close to world class

Don't see why not . The guy has the technical ability of ozil . Anyways a lot of these so called world class midfielders such as Rakitic and Jorginho are anything but .

I swear jorginho just plays square passes all match . He dosen't control the tempo or play any real penetrative passes. He is a good player but that's about it . Hazard is the one who makes chelsea tick.

Rakitic is only rated so highly because he plays for Barcelona.

I'm more concerned with another recent England manager who recently compared Eric Dier favourably against Barca's Busquets !!

Lmao Jorginho is one of the best tempo controlling cms in Europe

Ozil has won a wc and played for Real Madrid and rakitic is great, look how he plays for Barca and starts and Croatia who got to a wc final

Comparing will Hughes to them is laughable

To be fair Rakitic whilst playing for Barca has flattered to deceive for the last 18 months . The majority 65% want him replaced in the team with Artur Vidal

If Jorginho is one of the best controlling cms in Europe then that is a poor reflection on the standard of midfielders today . He was hopeless against man utd today. He just played sideways passes for the first half offered zero penetration with his passes .

In the second half when he was been pressed he went missing . i have said it before without hazard . Chelsea are a poor side .

The standard of midfielder in the premier league is very poor .

Man united have Pogba who is inconsistent . Tottenham have nothing . Arsenal have ozil who is a sunshine player and ramsey who isnt even a proper midfielder.

Liverpool have Henderson, Keita and Milner yet they are one of the best teams in europe.

Man City are the only team in the premier league who have top class midfielders in De Bruyne, and the two silvas.

I am not the only one who doesn't rate Jorginho . There are quite a few pundits out there who don't rate him either

Yeah Croatia got to a world cup final and there were absolute dogshit . They barely got over the line against Denmark . They were absolutely hammered by Spain 6-0 in a competitive match afterwards . They should of been soundly beaten by you lot in the Nations League.

They have one truly great midfielder in Modric . The other two Kovavic and Rakitic are no world beaters.

Watched Winks for Tottenham today . I don't know where all the hype comes from he plays sideways and backwards passing all game . I know he is only 22 and back from injury but he will have to impose himself a lot more in games and play more penetrative passes if he is ever going to become a great midfield player.

Thought Winks was impressive today. Some nice passes and growing in confidence.

How good do you think Winks will become . There are some Tottenham fans who believe he can be as good as Modric . Today was one of the few times I have seen him play a full game. Winks did ok.

Winks did ok. But my God he has a long way to go . People are saying he is only 22 , But at the same age there was a certain player who wore the same number who use to run games for Spurs.
