I haven’t seen much of him except a couple of left footed screamers from outside the box unfortunately. Who would you liken him to style wise? Also, I keep getting confused between Knight and Elliott because they have a similar way of playing (from a distance.) Is Elliott slightly more explosive?
yeah, finished 3-0. Understandably with such a comfortable lead at HT and all the 2nd half subs, I think the 2nd half was a bit dull. That Russian side was their U18s. From what I can gather from their numbers, presumably that was their 2nd string, but still pretty good for our 2nd string to beat them so comfortably. Brazil v Russia in the opening game was 2-1.

As the FA don’t broadcast the match or even show highlights it’s hard to get a good idea of this team except to judge by their results (which are eye catching.) Rogers are Gelhardt both have very impressive scoring records. They seem to be rotated. Are they similar players in terms of technique and style? The squad seems to be packed with talent as they regularly rotate the starting eleven.
Gelhardt is a stocky abrasive CF to me who comes alive in the box area and Greenwood is more cultured in his style. They fighting over the #9 and I think I like Greenwood starting with Gelhardt off the bench for now. The 3 behind the #9 are Rogers, Carvalho, Mighten L-R with Okoflex, Elliott, Knight pushing those 3 from the selections over the last 2 windows. I would say. Heading into the Elite qualifiers we got the goalscorers. 6 games this season the attackers are on fire in front of goal. Rogers - 6 Gelhardt - 6 Greenwood - 4 Mighten - 3
