The one good thing in our favor is Scunthrope hasn't won a game since Feb. 4th. 9 games and only 6 points. These next 3 games are crucial; 5th place team followed by the 7th, Peterborough followed by the 9th, Portsmouth.

Another good win. Up to 5th place but the distance between Plymouth in 5th and Scunthorpe in 9th is 2 points. Still got work to do boys.

2 points out of the playoff spot but I feel like we aren't going to get it this year. 3 games left with the 4th, 6th and 17th place teams. While Scunthorpe has the 23rd, 7th and 10th place teams.

Unfortunately our next 2 games are against #1 and 2 on the table. But like you said, it's still early. .

Yes unfortunately the final was 5-1. They are the league leaders but still -4 isn't going to help with GD. Peterborough is undefeated and have won by multiple goals against a couple of teams already. No excuse though we need to do better.

then we lost to Pompey....we are rock bottom of the table... if we dont start getting some points, we are going to be no where near a play off spot come spring

i'm taking solace in our slow start last year and hot finish. the squad has had a lot of turnover and it might be another month before we see them at their best. have faith!

We were dead last in Nov. last year. It's early Sept, it will be fine. I wish we wouldn't have to start from behind every year though.

It was around this time last year we were on the bottom and clawed our way back to finish just outside of the playoff.

exactly.... if we can play consistent, we can beat the lower teams... if we get a player or 2 of Sonny Bradley's caliber, we are back in it

a log run in the cup isnt going to keep us up... get us some reinforcements at the transfer window, and lets finish middle of the pack.. i would be happy... i dont like looking at the schedule and seeing all the those teams above us we have to play

Jesse Lingard admits he was left with a good feeling on Sunday after helping England to victory over Croatia and into next year’s Nations League semi-final.
