All of a sudden functions that produce a popup (alerts, quote-reply, etc.) are not working for me in Firefox. Still work OK in IE. Is that just me?

Ha ... it wouldn't even let me post this, nothing happened when I clicked the Create Thread button. Had to switch to IE to do it.

@soccernutter any ideas on this one? Maybe a higher-up thing to look at?

It's odd. I'm at a conference and using a laptop which I have used sparsely. Only now I can't use Chrome (having issues with the reply function, so I switched to....firefox).

In the end, it will be some configuration which changed on the user end (in my case, something with Chrome). Send up the ladder if you must, but I'm also gonna think about it.

I am having exactly the same problem. In Firefox:

    - I get the alert symbol but when I click on it, nothing. Although I do get the 3 little bars like it's working on it but then it just goes away.

I can however, click on "show all" and the list comes up.

    - I cannot leave rep. Same deal with the little bars, then nothing.

    - The quote function simply doesn't work at all. Click on quote, it acts like it's dead.

    - I am unable to post. When I hit "post reply", again I get the bars like it's working away at it, then nothing.

My tablet and phone are both fine.

I have tried logging out and back in again, zero. I also tried going in under my old, old, old username and it has the same problems.

This is exactly what I was experiencing in Chrome.

Can someone try clearing cache and see if that solves it?

I use Chrome, and luckily I haven't had this problem.

Strange - this really seems like a cookie or cache issue - let me see if I can out more.
