Yeah, I saw you threadfight and not getting into but I always thought she might run based on the on the ground feedback she gets.
Why this guy (claims to be anti-Trump) thinks that Trump winning in 2020 is likely (if he survives impeachment, and he thinks he will). @Mods, is it against BS terms to quote from a PDF file? is not behind a paywall. It does look like shit when I paste it. PDF file. https://poseidon01.ssrn.com/deliver...7102010127080073118004101097111083096&EXT=pdf
Avenatti is seriously considering a run. Or acting like it. (Maybe he’s drumming up publicity for a book.) Political scientists are probably praying for him to run, because then the Dem race in 2020 will be a really nice real world comparable to the GOPs in 2016. I doubt the Dems have 17 candidates, but I bet they have a dozen. Let’s say there are 12. You’ll have 11 politicians and 1 oddball. Let’s see how the oddball fares. The experiment will break down somewhat if Avenatti doesn’t attack the Democrats like Trump went after Jeb!, Cruz, and the rest.
I have a feeling that there will be more than one oddball. There will be at least one self funding billionaire outsider (the dude is already putting out impeach Trump commercials).
Is Steyer making trips to Iowa and New Hampshire? If he has, I haven’t heard about it. I mean, you might be right. But Avenatti is doing retail politics already.
Some weirdo motivational speaker (Marianne Williamson, I think?) has announced her plans to run. We could see a few oddballs.
She’ll be playing the part of Ben Carson: oddball candidate running for the sole purpose of boosting sales.

The Dems are keeping superdelegates, but they can’t vote on the first ballot. They only get to vote if the first vote is deadlocked. That seems like a very sensible reform.
Well, if he didn't have prior White House experience, I could imagine him looking at the current occupant and saying, "********, I could do that."
CSPAN has posted the entire nearly 8-minute exchange between Kamala Harris and Kavanaugh on the Mueller probe. It is worth your time. pic.twitter.com/ezJVEuDeUK— Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) September 6, 2018
https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/bloomberg-set-to-run-against-trump-in-2020-qvbfcrswg signs pointing to Bloomberg running for the Democratic nomination in 2020. He will have great appeal for Democrats who like stop and frisk and who think the biggest problem facing American is entitlement programs for the elderly.
The only way I see him winning any primaries is if a shit load of progressive Democrats run and knock each other out.
Normally when there is an incumbent in the Oval Office more serious politicians decline to run because it is too much of a long shot. With this election I suspect Democrats will be clambering over each other to run.
Holder, Bloomberg & Cuomo would be a great conservative primary field if we were a sane *&*^ing country.
You guys. This fella ran for city council in Shawnee, as a write-in candidate against Kevin Yoder for Congress, and apparently will also be running for president in 2020. He gives 300 roses on Mother's Day.
