Foreign players who did well in smaller colombian teams bring them to a bigger club but the ones that come from those leagues dont spend money on them they usually fail.

What is Nacional now like 0-12? I mean I dont count Armani dude was here for like 10 years.

thats Dep Cali..... Nacional had a few crap spanish players with Lilo too :)

Nacional along with Millos, Santa Fe, Junior need to just raid smaller teams for their top talent then sell them abroad to make money not waste their transfer funds on old crap players from other leagues.

    1. You talked about colombian league in general.

    2. Lillo brought an spanish....but he only played 9 games, he didnt try to impose him like almiron does

    3. "Nacional along with Millos, Santa Fe, Junior need to just raid smaller teams for their top talent then sell them abroad to make money" why you make affirmations without knowledge??? ......affirmations like this was the habitual practice and like these team doesnt hired colombian players...

That first goal was simply just casual laziness.
The second goal was just being out hustled and out positioned.

The good news is I can see Nacional still finding a way to advance. It would not be shocking if Nacional won 2-0 (with penalties) or 3-0 at home.

It just get's really difficult when the other team is going to bunker and basically can kill the game with a road goal.

I am not saying Nacional is going to advance. They are behind the 8 ball as they say.

However, would it shock me if Nacional won 2-0 and then advanced on penalties???
    Nope.

Yes it would shock me, because I can barely remember matches which Nacional won by more than one goal difference beside Delfin and Bolivar at home. We are pure crap under Almiron, at least last semester we have won. Now we don't even won anymore. Yesterday's match was first of all on his fault. And no, we won't score twice so they will go through.

Problem is that Almiron thinks that everything is fine. In press conference he said that we dominate(?) and Tucuman scored only from two mistakes. WTF?! We didn't dominated at all,we started to create chances just after Vlacho and Dayro came in the second half. So if he doesn't know that we have problems, he doesn't know how to fix them.

President Perez said yesterday that if Almiron will get an offer from the AFA he will be released from Nacional in December.

Nacional is still a good team at home who can keep possession and set the tempo.

Yes, it is difficult to score goals but all it takes is an early one to set the pace and swing the momentum ...
...and then it will be on like donkey kong.

But of course it is not going to be easy, hence I said I am not expecting them to advance. It just is not way out of the realm of possibility for them to advance at home.

maybe that's why he's trying so hard to pull of a Sampaoli and get himself fired so Atl Nacional can also pay him a break-up fee.

    Aldo still got it....

Also is Vargas an option at goal? He benched Moretti who I don't think is all that great but he was wanted in italy :).... nothing makes me happier then seeing a Colombian at goal

Apparently Campuzano is playing well, I see that that Nacional are 1-0 up right now, hopefully they are able to turn it around.

yea hate how they play tennis or games from a few days ago if they have the tv rights to show these games. So I usually have to watch the Copa Lib/Sudamericana games on rojadirecta. Some are on the spanish channels on my tv subscription but they look more pixelated then Roja directs

Nacional the 1st half played great. Aguilar had a great header saved.
