I see people are blaming the oline but that’s exactly what Case dealt with and he stood tall in the pocket and delivered darts with a rush in his face. When there’s any sort of pressure on Kirk, he looks for the check down.
Well... The Lions look like they are gonna need all the help they can get from Kirk struggling because this defensive line looks like complete trash. When one considers that Ansah hasn't been consistently good in two years and that Anthony Zettel may be our best lineman, I have no idea how the defence is going to compete at the line of scrimmage.

Kinda more a "Shit happens" than "destroys" isn't it? The ball was supposed to go to Ertz after the chip block, only the guy accidentally-but-why-should-he-care stepped on Ertz' foot or hooked his ankle, and a play that depends on fairly delicate timing fell completely apart. Its just a thing that happened in a football game is all. "Nobody's fault/ but we need somebody to burn/ and it seems like it should be his turn." I have no idea why the other guy was circled on the tape-- play wasn't intended to go to him AFAICS...
