I feel like the biggest pressure is on Rubi, Felix and Michael since they are the only ones actually jumping directly from our league to a higher one. Rivas, Rubio, and Manuel are not products of Honduras and Decas was scouted from Ascenso, Eddie jumped to a better team/league after doing meh in a small league and Rochez ascended with his team so they know what he is capable of.
Rojas said the same thing it's just the quality of the fields that is different, we are also a more physical league though.
