Lets see what the players do now. I suspect nothing changes, they won't come. That being said, SCP better continue their fight against them.

There's not many names out there that I think can be President. Rogerio Alves maybe. Besides him, who else are legitimate options ?

Also, Pedro Madeira Rodrigues saying he has no doubt that the new coach will be the first one gone as there's a 30 day window that he can be removed without compensation.

There's never any peace at this club. Never has been and never will. New President will come in and will be gone in 3-5 years. ZERO stability.

My biggest concern, is RIcciardi and/or Alvaro Sobrinho will eventually get to 51% of the SAD and have control of the club. At this point they do as they wish.

Sell it to a billionaire Sheikh? lol

Its true we don't have stability, but we haven't had stable leadership in the first place.

I believe what Rodrigues said is true, any legitimate contract has a window where you can cancel it without penalty.

As for candidates, there are 3.5 million sportinguistas, surely there are people with good ideas for the club. Nobody knew BdC before he came in and for a time he was popular and taking the club in a positive direction, he just shot himself in the foot is all.

He most likely won't be around long enough to live pre-season 2018-19 day 1, which alone is great news. SCP has enough lunatics already, it doesn't to bring a Yugoslav Adolph Hitler onboard

All signs seem to point that he won't be the coach, there is a 15 day "trial" period where either party can back out of the contract without a penalty.

I think it will be an internal solution (Inacio or even the B team manager) as the candidates will want to bring in their own coach.

Official: Mihailovic (sp?) released from SCP. The legendary coach leaves us with an undefeated record and will certainly go down in the history books.

I don't agree with this. Surely the candidates will have their own coach they want to bring in. Why not have an interim solution until then?

Papers reporting that Sousa trying to bring back JJ and willing to pay to bring him back.

So a few days ago, they announced we have no money. No we have money to send Milaovich home and pay Al-Hilal apparently 5 mil to bring JJ back.

Wonder where all this money is coming from. Must be some investors who want more chunk of the pie. Unreal!!!!

I still dont understand why an interim president is allowed to hire a coach.

Yes its unfortunate what happened the last few months but I do not want him back. Period.

We should be using an in-house solution until the new president steps in.

Also, regarding the Serbian coach, I don't think he will see any money as there is supposedly a 15 day opt-out period after signing a contract.
