Against France, no less... Too bad none of these kids have an EU passport... Otherwise, I'm sure clubs would come knocking. Maleck was scouted on similar circumstances after playing the same tourney and catching the attention of Porto staff...

The kid seems grounded based on his response to the Messi nickname. Parents seem to shield him from a lot of nonsense also which is cool. Watch him make it to Barcelona and end up playing for Spain.
In another video he talks about of HH, Tecatito, and Chucky are his idols as well... He identifies with Chucky a lot... Let's hope he sticks with México like Efra...
So long as we have great players like Herrera and Chucky and the US has guys like Antiscore and Wood, Mexican American kids are going to grow up identifying with Mexican players. We can basically snatch all the good ones.
There's a couple FMF hasn't been able to snatch... Some others have switch sides to the nads for some reason... Ulysses Llanez is probably the most talented 2001 in the entire nation, and he has stuck with nads unfortunately... Hopefully he changes his mind in the future. Curiously enough, he and Efra have been teammates since Chivas USA. Efra switched to México and has never looked back... Llanez was called to a México U16 camp but decided to go back with the nads... A pity... How does the coach set them up? I feel this squad could be good Sanchez, Montes, Vargas, Arteaga Jonathan, Cervantes Antuna, Lainez, Alvarado Macias And why weren't Maleck and Medina called? Is it because Porto and Benfica might've not allowed it?
Yeah. I think your squad is good, and it could be what 'Chima' Ruiz will line up... Seems that's the case... I don't know why they wouldn't release them, specially since the Toulon Tournament is in Europe, so they won't have to travel far...
Game against Qatar is scheduled for 8:30am Pacific Goat Time. Hope to see Antuna, Gonzalez, and Lainez tear it up and get some euro attention
Nice to see Lainez there, I assume that means he's being strongly considered for the Olympics, I was worried they were gonna pull a piojo and be like "he too young doe."
