I'm happy to fill out a survey because the aggregate data would be interesting but I haven't posted a list because I can't imagine that anyone would care about which individual matches I'm attending. The short summary is that I'm there for the whole tournament and plan to attend 17 matches including a stretch of 11 in 13 days.

 

Haha yeah that's why I'd like to know how the machines work this time around and if a clerk is going to be watching over our shoulder.

But you think nr of tickets matter? I mean each account can have 7x4 tickets and you should be able to collect for friends. If they had delivered ours we'd only have to take out the LMS finals.

Also others seem to have waaaay more games/tickets than us.

I have bought tickets for England v Belgium from the last minute sale so collect in Kaliningrad but now see you can't collect on the day?? We are only in and out on the day so how can we get hold of the tickets....?

For everyone who has faced problems with altering the guest info... I just got an email from FIFA saying that they have fixed the problem. Just tried to change the guest info and it worked just fine for tickets allocated during phase 1.

back to my home town - St Petersburg (up to 1992). Have only visited it once since in 2003. Went to Moscow few times before in 2011.

South Africa was a blast - I attended 10 matches. Traveled all across the country (planes, trains, cars). Many thanks to Scorpyn in 2010 - software helped me to get SF and Final at that time. This time it was perseverance, persistence, and some luck.

Guys, hope to see some of you at the games - i am sure we'll have a blast in Russia! Those who are not going to the Final or other big games - FAN zones will be an excellent option. Final in Moscow can be seen at Vorob'ev's Hills (location fits around 40000 people). Great food, great people, one big party!

 

Also, if anyone has any specific questions about the machines, or about how the FIFA ticket machines work (that I can answer when I go -- to date I've never used them), please let me know.

I bought tickets on several accounts, so I'm curious whether I can pull out tickets I bought on other accounts out of the machine... Also curious whether it is somehow possible to pick up the tickets that are now marked for delivery. I travel a lot and I'm paranoid I'll miss the delivery somehow.

Yes ask. There main applicant in our account is my girlfriend, but i am a guest and we paid with my card. She wont be there when i pick then up. So hopefully the machines let me put my card and prints my tickets. I don't want to talk to a clerk and have them ask questions about the main applicant lol.
