Be patient. I had 36 years, 4 kids and 2 marriages between trips to Europe. This summer we making our fourth trip in the last 18 years.
I'm anything but patient! Especially when it comes to travel. It's funny that I've traveled a lot to Europe for work on extensive trips, but not to Switzerland. Two years ago, I was in Vienna, and last year I was in Moscow. The one place that I always want to return to is Switzerland, but it's never in the cards. I'm sure I'll get to go back at some point. My wife and I both love traveling, so we'll always want to go somewhere, but she's seen enough of Switzerland, so it's not likely we'll go back for vacation. I'd like to make a trip when my kids get older to show them Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, and Austria. I'd like to show them all of Europe, but we'll see what happens 10-15 years from now.
Thank you great info to have. I tried to pitch the upgrade in training at my job and had a business plan to send me to Zurich a few years back but they sent me to Toronto instead. :-(
A missed opportunity for Vaduz to jump into third place. Gotta beat Schaffhausen on Sunday if they want to climb into third.

Xamax magic number is down to 9 points to win the title. Any combination of points gained by Xamax and dropped by Servette will lower that number. It's inevitable at this point. They've had an unreal season. VADUZ!! 13 goals in the last three victories. I'm rooting for them to finish second. That would be a huge moral victory.

8 clubs earned their license for next season. Wohlen did not apply and Chiasso was denied. Yverdon-Sport, and Kriens earned theirs while SC Brühl and Stade Nyonnais were denied. It is anticipated that Chiasso, SC Brühl and Stade Nyonnais will all appeal. 22 April Chiasso - Aarau 0-2 Schaffhausen - Rapperswil-Jona 2-4 Winterthur - Wil 0-3 Wohlen - Vaduz 2-2 23 April Servette - Xamax Very anticlimactic match today.
23 April Servette - Xamax 0-0 Xamax 72 Schaffhausen 51 Vaduz 50 Servette 50 Rapperswil-Jona 49 Wil 34 Aarau 34 Chiasso 30 Winterthur 24 Wohlen 17
A couple of interesting things regarding the licenses: - Stade Nyonnais and Bruhl SC were rejected because their stadiums can't meet seating and security requirements. - I don't think Chiasso will receive a license for next year. This is just a gut feeling. Their stadium needs significant work. They missed paying staff and players at least once this year, which cost them a three point penalty. I think this will end their tenure. If they do manage to survive, I think that will most certainly be their last season in the league. - Only two Challenge League clubs received Class II licenses: Servette and Vaduz. Whoever gets relegated from the Super League will have a Class I license, so, technically, only three teams meet the requirements to play in the Super League. This tells me that next season's title race will come down to either Servette or whoever gets relegated from the Super League. Vaduz is rebuilding, so I don't see them challenging for the title. This is going to make for another very anticlimactic league, but here we are. At some point either the SFL is going to need to relax the rules for Class III licenses, or just close off the top two leagues.
There is some discussion that Stade Nyonnaise, if they are denied a license will try and get UEFA to exert some pressure on the SFL over the licensing procedures. I am against this, but the rules are so stringent that it creates some serious hardships for some clubs. I think Chiasso is not going to get one as well. Now the SFL could pull a Wil and award them one as they did in the spring of 2017. But I just do not see it happening. I think that Servette vs Lugano/LS will be the play. With the clubs being relegated from the BCL who do not have a license, it will be interesting to see who is even able to be promoted.
