This is why statistics have a role to play. The eye test and a big sample size using results from all comps gives the best picture. Plus arguing which is stronger Chelsea or United is like arguing who is the shorter smirf. Neither are even in the same stratosphere as the league leaders in the top 4 leagues plus Real.
What a load of shit you speak you lot do it week in and week out jog on clown, and the game was never too close for arsenals liking they were always better.
give me some names of italian players you have seen dive lately? I can name Delle Alli, Sterling, Rashford, Welbeck... all serial divers
I gotta admit though Arsenal were the better side throughout both legs. Milan is still growing and many of these new players do not have experience in Europe especially as a team yet. While it was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests, Arsenal were quite a bit superior in possession and knew how to take their chances. Milan will get better, just be patient and give them time. They did well to make it this far in Europe.
Alli, will give you that one. Sterling a serial diver?? Nonsense, sorry. May have been a couple of soft decisions but a serial diver, Nah. Most times he is either fouled or knocked off balance. Rashford, not heard much about him diving, if u had said Ashley Young, definitely known for it but seems to have calmed down lately. Welbeck is known in England as Bambi on Ice for a reason, just trips over his own legs half the time, hardly known for diving, tonight the exception, which was poor. You said English players are the worst for the last 10 years, here's one from 2010 which eclipses any of the Alli & Welbeck dives imo
Yes that De Rossi one was horrible. IMO though one like this Rashford one is way worse because there are scoring implications in play.
Haha, yeah I forgot about that one, not sure how as it was a terrible dive from the Rashford. In all honesty though, think I still prefer De Rossi's dive just for comedy value
Guys lets hope VAR ****s em all anyway city v liverpool both the italian teams have a mountain to climb
Juventus has a decent chance. Never lost to Real in a 2 legged tie. Its probably over for Roma though. Bayern and Man City should find themselves through.
Bundesliga teams are so bad this year in Europe. Luckily Bayern have been given a bye to the semi-finals.
Same can be said about City and Liverpool. It's strange to think that an EPL side will be guaranteed a spot in the semis without having to beat any of the top 6 continental sides on their route there. No disrespect to Liverpool, Basel, Shakhtar, or Napoli, but City have had one of the easiest roads as well. By the time Real or Juve will have advanced to the semis, they will have faced Tottenham/Dortmund/PSG/Juve in Real's case while Juve will have played Barca/Tottenham/Real.
Champions League Juve vs Real Sevilla vs Bayern Liverpool vs Man. City Barca vs Roma Europa League Lazio vs Salzburg Atletico vs Sporting Arsenal vs CSKA Leipzig vs Marseille
Juve vs Real is tough to call Barca is through Man City vs Liverpool is tough because it's local, Man City is better but could choke on the international stage I'm calling a Lazio choke job now Arsenal is through
Probably not over 2 legs. If it was one leg, I would give them more of a chance, but I don't think so over 2 legs. Here is what I would say Bayern 72% Sevilla 28% to advance.
Oh do shut up with your agenda! It was a coming together and he lost his balance! Not everytime is it a dive just because they fall over. Have u ever played football over their in Canada?
na didnt have the italian mum has been murdered face and mountain roll after he hit the deck more of a 7
i forgot the game is in England... those sort of "coming together" are acceptable there lol.. in Italy that is a dive all day long you delusional hack and yea i have played football in Canada... ill save you some time... here comes the snobby im from england and youre from a country that knows nothing about football cliche burns ..am i right?
Er no, why would you think that you absolute weapon? You think I'm snobby or something, lol. Was going to say if you have played football and have some pace and pretty light, it doesn't take much for you to lose your balance, so if you have played football like you say you do, you might understand this and not everything is cut and dried as it's very easy to lose your balance. Pellegrini looked to have some sort of contact, not saying it was a penalty because I didn't think it was nor did I think it was a dive either.
